This was the worst experience ever. The way my 15 yrs has been treated thru process has been awful.

The best oral maxillofacial surgeon hands down. My functional and aesthetic results are perfect after my TJR and Lefort. His team is amazing and cared for me like I was their own daughter. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else for this surgery.

I came to Dr. Sullivan after many failed treatments for my TMJ issues. I didn’t know at the time that my joints were severely resorbed, which led to significant jaw recession and airway obstruction. From the first communication, he and his staff have always been incredibly kind and understanding, and I never felt like they were just trying to sell me something, unlike a lot of past providers. I had bilateral total TMJ replacement, 3 piece lefort 1 with bone grafts, genioplasty, and a bunch of other things with Dr Sullivan in Nov 2022. It was not an easy surgery given how much lower jaw advancement I needed, but he did an incredible, beautiful job. Knock on wood I’ve had zero complications and have healed very well. I can breathe and sleep better than I have in decades. I’ve been able to eat things I haven’t been able to for years. I have the energy again to work my very physically demanding job. And it doesn’t hurt that he restored my face to how I would have looked without the degenerative joint disease. Seriously, I don’t know what kind of wizardry he did in the OR, but I am incredibly happy with my results - functional and aesthetic. I can’t thank him and his team enough.

An absolutely disgraceful surgeon and practice. I was informed by Sullivan's secretary that he'd seen my photos (I have TMJ issues as well as a recessive jaw plus class four malocclusion with recession of both jaws - something most surgeons aren't competent enough to have understood yet so I wanted to make sure he did) and that he said I *may* be in the window for the surgery my internet research had led me to. The secretary said I should get a set of scans in advance of booking. a consultation with him. I then went and spent ages finding places to get the scans he requested, speaking to them, liaising with my dentist and then I contacted Sullivan's practice again to ask if they could help my dentist with the referral for the scans as everything is very regulated in the UK and my dentist hadn't made a referral like this before. I then got an extremely shocking email essentially telling me to get lost. These people are just plain odd and have zero care for patients in pain who are desperate for information. Sullivan is currently treating someone I know who was very badly botched in the UK, is in the midst of legal action and who nobody would touch. I hope he doesn't destroy her life even more but I certainly do not now trust him or his shocking colleagues. Glad I was brought here and was able to read Judah Hudson's review below. I paid big cash for a SARPE because Sullivan refused to take my BCBS insurance. A week later my palate fractured to 3 pieces and the whole upper jaw was slanted. We managed to get the surgical report from the hospital and guess what his students operated on me. I paid for his service not his students.

Dr. Sullivan is truly a master of his craft.

He is the best !!!

Dr. Sullivan and his team are amazing!! They are very kind and professional. Dr. Sullivan did a tremendous job with my Jaw surgery; I am delighted with the results. I highly recommend him for any facial/jaw concerns. He is fantastic and knows what he is doing.

He gave me the run down of the procedure and he calmed me down! It means a lot to me and his nurses were amazing!! Especially Gilda! She was there for my consultation, COVID test, and procedure! So seeing her made me feel really comforted.

My experience with Dr.Sullivan was excellent. Before the procedure he answered any question and explained how everything would go in perfect detail.

I trust Dr. Sullivan’s skills and knowledge. His office staff, techs, and nurses are great to work with. Gilda was very kind to my daughter who was quite apprehensive about her procedure. I am so glad that we have a doctor of this caliber who is willing to accept OHCA insurance. Really appreciate.

Dr. Sullivan had all intentions what is best for my daughter. I appreciate him being honest and not treating me as a claim number as some doctors do. He explained the procedure and outcome results thoroughly to my daughter and me. His staff is amicable, and never once did we feel uncomfortable or a burden. Gilda, who is the nurse that explained all the documents was munificent with her time. She also cared for my daughter before and after the procedure and exceeded all expectations.

Dr Sullivan explained exactly how he was going to proceed with the removal of my son's wisdom teeth. He worked with my son's ortho doctor who is putting my son's braces in. My son had no complications or complaints. Great place to go.

Excellent care,,,very thorough and I trusted Dr Sullivan...extremely talented and skilled. Gave me pactical tips to help with my recovery....good experience. I have healed and done well.

We did a consultation, then a lot of appointments. Did the surgery, did a couple of check ups after than that, then did the final checkup a year after the surgery.

You were highly recommended as the BEST in your expertise. We can’t thank you enough. Our daughter is proud of her smile and the confidence in this young lady since her surgery is priceless.

I was super scared when I was told I would have to get jaw surgery but Dr. Sullivan changed my life! I didn't know what being able to breathe properly was like, he is so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend him for any oral surgeries.

My son recently had upper and lower jaw surgery. It's a complicated surgery where his jaws were broken, adjusted and manipulated. As a parent knowing your most precious gift was going to endure such an extensive surgery is the most unnerving, scary experience. There is not one other oral surgeon I would trust to do this surgery other than Dr. Sullivan. He has great bedside manner, explained everything in detail and was with us every step of the way. His staff is amazing as well! My family and I recommend Dr. Sullivan, without a doubt!

I was referred by my dentist to Dr Sullivan and his team. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. They made sure i was aware of everything that was happening . His team is also the best when it came to answering all my post op questions. I wouldve never thought jaw surgery would be this easy. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

He explained and took time with me and my EB, a skin blistering disease. He researched it and made preparations before the operation.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted this past Friday and the office called to check on him before they left for the day. I don't think they realize how much that was appreciated! My son will be having a major jaw surgery next year and it's such a relief to know he will be in great hands! I definitely recommend this office! This office is fantastic!
