Very good on time appointment

Getting medication refills can be a nightmare. I called requesting a refill on Monday, my message was taken by Doctor Spencer's nurse. Then, on Wednesday, I called and left a voicemail requesting an update. Today is Friday and no one has reached out neither my medication has been refilled. Washington Family Clinic used to be a great clinic. Not sure what happened, this is not the first time I go through this since the clinic in Rogers with Doctor Searcy closed for good. This was my first visit to this office. I am searching for a PCP. I was not impressed with Dr. Spencer nor his bedside manners. I encourage you to find a DOCTOR that can communicate with you and vise versa. I felt like the nurse was nice and compassionate, I DO NOT feel Spencer would be a good match for me. Please continue to speak up for quality medical services. I will continue to advocate for myself and others! We have choices! I will not accept subpar services I AM IMPORTANT! Dr Spencer takes the time asks in depth questions and follows through. He’s been a Godsend to my husband and I. We recommend him highly.

Dr. Spencer has been our physician since our move to Fayetteville three years ago. He listens, questions, takes time and is thoughtful and caring in his responses. My husband and I have had some physical challenges recently and appreciate the care we've received. His staff is courteous and friendly.

Dr Spencer listened to me and treated me with kindness and respect. He was easy to get in to see and the staff is friendly too!
