Searched for years to find a way to help myself, and our daughters to lose weight properly and keep it off for good. Dr Sparks takes to time to explain why we gained, and the simplest way to eat to lose, and keep it off for good. Half way to my goal, down 42 pounds, got my blood sugar back down to normal range, and I feel amazing already!!! Our daughters have also lost weight, one has lost 60 pounds, and is also about half way to her goal, and the other has lost 30 pounds and already looks fantastic! He is truly the answer to our years of prayers and searching! And his assistant, Lisa, is so sweet and supportive!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
