I take my mom here and all the staffs are so friendly. Dr. Snyder is so sweet and nice. He’s so patient with my mom since she doesn’t speak or understand English well. Love him! Meghan is AWESOME!! She’s so sweet and caring! love coming to them ❤️

Dr Snyder is good but the office needs better management. Called multiple times to confirm appointment but could not get through. Sent email and received no reply.

My son has been going there most his life. We tried several others before and none were even close to the exceptional treatments he received by Dr. Snyder!!! We love him! And Nathan will continue using them.

Dr Snyder is a good eye doctor but don't try to get help if it's a emergency. Calling them during their working hours for three days straight has left me with only the answer box saying they were closed even during working hours. Had to go to the ER and if it wasn't for that I don't think the staff would ever had know I had a issue. Even their emergency line was the same. Always closed.

Dr Snyder was the cataract surgeon I used a couple of years ago. He did an excellent job and there was a thorough prep and follow up.

I was able to be seen quickly and they gave me the paperwork ahead of time so that I could fill it out at home beforehand...quite convenient. Everyone is quite pleasant and professional. Dr. Snyder and Julie went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, answer all of my questions, and took the time to get to know me as a patient. It was a great experience, and I will continue seeing them annually now. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder and his staff.

Dr. Snyder is a very good doctor. However, you are only as good as your staff. Two years in a row, my appointment was rescheduled and I show up on the day of appointment to find out I was rescheduled. I called and confirmed both times the Friday before my Monday appointment. No apologies either.

We can't say too many good things about Dr. Snyder. He has been treating my family and me for years and we look forward to each appointment we have with him. He's attentive, thorough, personable and has a great bedside manner, especially with children. We highly recommend Dr. Snyder!

Dr. Snyder has treated my daughter for the last 15 1/2 years for complications due to JRA, He and his staff have never been anything other than warm, caring, polite and professional. We are so thankful that he has been one of her caregivers. He has always put us at ease and included us in her treatment plan. We are truly happy patients/parents. At my suggestion, my mother has been seeing Dr. Snyder for YEARS regarding her annual diabetic eye checks. I am usually with her for the appointments and can honestly say that Dr. Snyder is thorough, professional, detailed, and polite. He always takes the time to explain what he has found during the course of her examination and gives us a detailed course of treatment for any issues. The doctor wouldn't do anything about the canker sore like bump in the bottom of my eyelid. He just said that there was nothing wrong. I pointed out that my eyelid was discolored but he just dismissed me. I begged and pleaded with the doctor to no avail. I would not recommend this doctor.

Brought my daughter for eye check up last month, waited an hour after the appointment time. The check up was sloppy. Dr Snyder and his assistant didn't even use the proper equipment, but tried to dig out "maybe" the right lens from a drawer in a dark room, and held it with his hands in front of my daughter's eyes. It turned out the prescription is more than 150 degrees off the real number, which we found out after seeing a better doctor a few weeks later. He also didn't give any helpful suggestions about eye care, while other more caring doctors are glad to discuss with me. I am not going back there.
