Be careful with prepaying work. For the second time in a row, my son’s brackets fell off within an hour post appointment. The first time they told him to just live with it. The second time they snuck him back in, but then aborted and just cut one side of the work off because they “didn’t have time”. Apparently doing a good job is secondary. I got my appointment time confused and they called me to ask if I was coming in. Then, they were kind enough to work me in, even though it was my mistake! The staff is wonderful, they are all very organized and professional, explain everything thoroughly and work with you on payment plans.

We have been patients of Dr. Smith for nearly six years between two kiddos. Wonderful office staff and he’s just as great. Both of my kids love coming to see Dr. Smith! The office staff are very professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule. The atmosphere is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. I am always recommending Dr. Smith to my friends and my patients. :)

Dr. Smith and his entire office continues to be the best orthodontist experience we have had! We used Dr. Smith for two of our three children and plan on going to see him again with our youngest when it is time.

Both my children had their orthodontic work done by Dr. Smith and his team. The results look great and the whole office is warm and professional. I'll miss seeing them all!

They make my daughter feel very comfortable. Everyone there is friendly and easy to work with if you need to schedule. They came up with a clear treatment plan for my daughter and then took the time to explain it to her.

Dr. Smith has worked with both my children. I like his honest, conservative approach to Orthodontists. His staff is wonderful and have gone above and beyond to make my daughter's aligners fit numerous times. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and friendly!!

I can not say enough good things about the office staff and Dr. Smith. Every time we go in we are warmly greeted as if part of the family. We are always reminded of appointments and that makes it super easy on this mom!

So far, better than expected (or feared). My daughter had her braces put on a few months ago, everything went very smoothly, no pain, absolutely minimal discomfort. Very friendly staff and everyone seems to know a lot about braces. Now she shares with me her friends' horror stories of getting braces elsewhere and dealing with pokey wires and brackets attached sideways, multiple corrections and continuous issues.
