I love this office before I moved to GA. Dr.Singer performed a surgery (adenoids removed/tubes ) for my son who was speech delayed when he was four. Now he’s in six grade excelling in his speech and academics. Thank you Dr.Singer

I met Dc Singer few weeks ago and I was impressed with his knowledge. He has a lot of experience and explained my son’s condition and treatments. The office staff is very kind. He has a lot of patients and yes there is a little bit of wait but is worth it. I really recommend him. I traveled from West Palm Beach to see him and I am glad I did.

Dr. Singer is by far the best Pediatric ENT in South Florida. Aside from his exceptional clinical skills, he was generous with his time and explanation of my daughters allergy issues. We couldnt be happier with his service and the outcome. We would gladly wait as long as it takes knowing we found the best of the best. The office staff was very helpful and caring as well.

I went to see Dr singer today with my daughter after some time away and I realize I'm late on leaving a review for a really great doctor and person. Dr singer was one of the first ents to see my daughter and take action he put in ear tubes when she was 6 months old... when other doctors wanted me to wait longer leaving my daughter in incredible discomfort. We have a large Hill to climb still as my daughter has cranial facial abnormalities but I appreciate that Dr singer is always there when I need to come back to him and ask for guidance. He is very knowledgeable about ears and humble and makes kids feel comfortable

Rude staff, inpatient and cutting short answers as if they didn’t want to be there. Very sad, I decided not to go there with that energy especially for a 2 year old breathing problem.

In 1999 Dr Singer operated on my son who had a rare abnormality called choanal atresia. Dr. Singer saw John from 1996 to 1999. He assisted us til John was old enough to have the two part surgeries. John was the first male child to have this surgery in South Florida! Thank you so much Dr Singer. My son is now 23 years old and has no idea the extent of his surgery or that he had something done! My son has been under Dr. Singer's care since 2016 when he began treating his multiple ear infections. His first surgery was when my child was 2 for adenoids removal and tubes. Now, just recently, at the age of 5, my son underwent a Tonsillectomy/Adenoidectomy procedure. Dr. Singer is very informative, patient, and incredible with his little patient. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my son's care. My son has named him the "Cool Doctor". And Dr. Singer is great on key notes that make a world of difference with his patients; he calls my son "Miles" after one of his favorite character's. And it's little points such as these that leave a positive impact on both child and parent. He cares. He truly cares! I am forever grateful for having met Dr. Singer and his team. Dr. Singer was referred to us by our pediatrician & he is truly amazing. He has been seeing our boys since they were two years old & the care he has provided them with is exceptional. Horrible communication and follow up! After calling on and off for over a month regarding receipt of medical records (which were confirmed received by certified mail). I requested a call back from Dr. Singer or his assistant regarding MRI results on my 5yo. Instead, minutes later a secretary calls me back to give me results and asks me to schedule a follow up appointment "If you'd like". Horrible communication and follow up! Incompetent people that work there. Doctor was good but the office ruined it. Second time i went, they told me that Jessica forget to put my appointment in and they won't see my daughter. Child failed hearing test at school. I scheduled an appointment for follow-up here. Was told that child has to see Dr. Singer (ENT) first and then audiologist. Requested an appointment on the day both are there. Took weeks to confirm. On the day of the appointment, was told by Dr. Singer audiologist is not here. Will have to come back for another office visit/copay. Awful and waste of time and money. Great dr and great staff his assistant cant remember her name i believe it was Jennifer she was so knowledgeable and kind also acurate. Highly reccomend. They really put my mind at ease. Thank you!!!

Dr. Singer and his staff were amazing. My 23 month old has had terrible chronic ear infections. During Covid19 it was a nightmare. Every time she got an ear infection, she would spike a high fever but NO ONE was seeing children with fevers for fear of Covid19. I begged! My older child had tubes put in from another surgeon and he wouldn’t see my daughter now. Dr. Singer was the ONLY PEDIATRIC ENT seeing kids during Covid19. He made telehealth appts so we would be all set for surgery when the hospitals opened back up. I am FOREVER grateful! Having my baby have high fevers during this time was an absolute nightmare. Dr. Singer thank you so much! I have one less thing to worry about. ????????????

My son "failed" a public school-administered hearing test. Appointment took weeks to schedule. Was told that the office procedure is for Dr. Singer (ENT) to examine the child first, followed by audiology test by audiologist on a separate day. I specifically requested for an appointment to be done on a day when both the doc and audiologist is present. On the day of my appointment, was told by the doc that the audiologist is not here and will have to make another appointment. Total waste of time and money. Word to the wise: IF YOUR CHILD FAILS A SCHOOL HEARING TEST, JUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN AUDIOLOGIST.

Dr Singer is a really good doctor. Did the tubes for my son and it was very positive outcome. The follow up visits with the Weston office on the other hand are horrible. When are people going to hold doctors accountable for their scheduling. If i made a customer wait for 45 minutes beyond their appointment with no explanation or comment. I’d be fired. Singer is a great surgeon. Do tubes if you need them but the follow up with your normal pediatrician so you don’t fall victim to a office triple booking the doctor to make as much money per day as they can. Great guy, considerate of people's time, we never wait more than 10 mins. Put in tubes in my son's ear and everything was perfect!

Came to doctor Singer for a second opinion. I have to say he was amazing and helpful in everything. He knew everything about my son to detail by just hearing him breathe. I wouldn't go see anyone other ent but him. He is the best. He is very polite and patient. He explains everything to detail and you can ask him as many questions as you like. I was referred by my daughter’s pediatrician. He ran several tests on her then decided tubes was the best option. My daughter had fluid in her ears at EVERY doctors visit. She had over 8 ear infections in one year. Now that she has tubes her ears are perfect! No issues, no doctors visits, no fluid. She’s doing great! Dr Singer is amazing! I appreciate him not running straight to tubes and taking the time to properly examine my child. I was referred by my daughter’s pediatrician. Dr Singer and his staff are wonderful. My daughter had tubes put in her ears and her adenoids were removed. By noon the same day she was acting like nothing happened. We are so grateful to Dr. Singer for fixing her hearing and taking excellent care of our baby. I would recommend Dr. Singer to everyone!

Never even got to make an appointment. Was put on hold for over 10mins the first time...i called back and spoke to someone only to be put on hold for over 15mins. I called back and was told they are too busy to accept a new patient. Thanks for wasting my time and losing the dr. a potiential patient.

Dr Singer has been amazing in the journey of managing our micro preemies complex airway for the first three years of life. He’s extremely thorough and spends a good amount of time answering our questions. If you’re looking for a doctor to sugar coat things-this isn’t your guy. I look for one that will always be real with me about expectations and I appreciate his demeanor.

He billed my insurance for a surgical procedure that was never performed.

Appointment with Doctor Singer was made 10 Days in advance and supposed to be at 2.15 pm and now it is 3.23 and we are still waiting.

Very bad experience!!! The doctor preformed a procedure w/o my CONSENT!!! Dr. claims that parents get nervous therefore he does not discuss the removal of the ear tubes!

This guy Dr. Singer, don't get on his bad side or he will most likely take it out on your child in surgery. Go to someone else I warn you brothers and sisters. I wish everyday of my life I never have met that man.

The wait is no longer than any other pediatrician visit. Dr. Singer is awesome. Always explains everything and goes out of his way to make my son feel comfortable. So glad I found him.

LOVE Dr. Singer, he will take his time with us, would explain thoroughly all our options, he is very patient with my neediness and is very reasonable all around even when I wasn't. My daughter had been having a lot of health issues and we were referred to Dr.Singer. He was very conservative on a treatment before considering surgery, thanks to him we discovered she was allergic to foods she was having on a daily basis. He explained everything and took his time and was very friendly. The waiting time was not long and staff was very nice and friendly. We did end having surgery but it was the best decission we made... she had not been sick for 3 months now and he gave us the confidence by giving us details before making a decision. Truly one of the best doctors I came across. Dr. Singer is very knowledgeable, didactic, reassuring, and accommodating. He cares about his patients understanding the issue and the treatment plan, he answers advanced questions (I like to do my research before any appointment) without feeling like his competency or judgment are questioned, and to top it all off, he has a clever sense of humor. The doctor was very cold and seem not caring to my three year old child. He performed limited observation and tried to sell me expensive procedures that were NOT needed. The allergy review conducted at his office was terrible. The technician performing the exam did not know much other than performing the exam. The doctor was not able to answer any of my simple questions. After speaking with the insurance company, I found out the office overcharged me their contract amount. Terrible

The wait to see the doctor it's terrible

Generally my wife goes, but this time I went. Very poor bedside manner. Condescending and extremely arrogant. Thinks very highly of himself. Rude and unkind to his staff. Loud and gruff with my child. So loud, he basically scared him to death. Now I know why he began hysterically crying when he had to go. Does not belong in Pediatrics. Dr. Singer was very knowledgeable and gentle with my son. Did not have a long wait and staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Doctor and staff were very nice. Doctor explained to my son and myself every step that he was taking during the examination. He also explained the the causes and how to take care of it.

I am surprised at the negative reviews here on his bedside manner. I thought he was amazing with my son. My son was really freaked out about the whole thing as recently my daughter was very ill and hospitalized for a long time, so hearing about surgery (he needed adenoids and tubes) made him very scared. Dr. Singer put him at ease and surgery went well. My only complain: I think the charges are outrageous. Also wait times. Don't know why these places can't care less about patients' time

it has been many years since this doctor did surgery to me when i was a kid , and he did a horrible job everyday i have been in pain, he could have done better he knew what he did to me that day i feel and due to it i have suffered. if you dont have alot of money or the most premium insurance he will treat you like a animal, i hope he knows who this is , i forgive you but man you damaged me so bad.

Office personnel are clueless, waited 45 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there and then treated like an idiot for not having some "referral id" they never told me I needed. The point is, you don't have ANYONE sit and wait that long before even acknowledging they are there!!! Your time is no more valuable than mine and you should respect that!!! Do not go to this doctor!!!

As a new patient with a very sick child I was thrilled that I was able to see the doctor the very next day . My husband went for the follow up appointment and he thought so too. I called many offices and the appointments given were weeks away. Excellent doctor and I the office staff is also excellent. They are very competent and they actually pick up the phone.

Dr. Singer is a great doctor, my grandson had a chronic runny nose and always had a cold, he recommended treatment which included surgical removal of his adenoids and putting tubes in his ears and immediately following the surgery his symptoms ceased, he has truly changed my grandsons life. Thank you Dr. Singer!
