This so-called “doctor” prescribed non FDA approved, custom-compounded bio identical hormone cream for my menopausal symptoms. Not once did he bother to monitor me, or check my hormone levels while I was taking them, never even recommended that they be checked. I found out much later that a patient should be tested every 3-6 months! This horrid cream has cost me my health and extensive time away from work, and after almost a year of not taking it (I took myself off of the cream), I have STILL not fully recovered!

Steven Seligman is currently retired, but if, God forbid, he ever chooses to practice again, future patients need to be warned - medical neglect and/or incompetence is dangerous. His prescribing non-FDA approved, custom compounded bio-identical hormones for my menopausal symptoms has destroyed my health for over a year now. I was not checked every 3-6 months, which I later found out was recommended. I was not checked at all for the 2 years that I was taking them. I developed horrible symptoms and was bedridden for months. I have been out of work for almost a year and still don’t know when I’ll be able to go back. And my medical bills are mounting. I have seen numerous specialists and had tons of blood work, MRIs, CAT scans, scopes etc. to try to find out if I had any of a numerous variety of cancers and to ultimately try to discover what was wrong. I’d lost a lot of weight, developed severe dry eyes and dry mouth, extreme fatigue, skin disorders, dangerous labile blood pressure which would climb to stroke level, and a host of other symptoms. After my husband and I figured out that it could be the bio-identical hormones, luckily I decided to stop taking them. We put forth to the doctors that we believed it was the bio-identical hormones, they put the pieces together, and basically there’s nothing to do but hope and wait for them to eventually work their way out of my system. Bit by bit I have been improving. I can only hope and pray that my health will eventually fully return and that this nightmare will end. If I had been prescribed an FDA approved hormone therapy, and had been monitored like I should have, I wouldn’t have had to go through this medical hell! This clinic is racist. When I told the doctor where I’m from, he immediately said ” that’s a place I will never visit” then he started to criticize my home country in my face saying how backward it is! also if you are traveling overseas often and you don’t accept international phone calls, they determinate you. I guess they used to see local people who don’t travel. That also explains the narrowmindedness and the xenophobia that I have encountered at this place. Also, he will judge you and let you know that he judges you if you don’t want to get pregnant now. He will literally push you to do that and glorifying it to you makes you feel so selfish and lazy for having other priorities.He criticizes my country because it’s a dictatorship but he is the dictator. Very intelligent and thorough, very attentive to patients. I've heard positive things about him and referred 4 friends for delivery. I decided to keep him as my O&G and it was the best decision for me.

Dr. Seligman is the absolute best ob/gyn ever. He is so patient a d kind and he actually cares about his clients. He delivered my son and years later he was to help us after i lost my twins. He was very concerned and genuinely wanted to help figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. I can honestly say I Love My Dr. He like family????

Doctor Steven Seligman has been my GYN since 1995. I would not trade him for any other GYN. He is professional, compassionate, friendly and to the point. He has helped me in so many ways over the years. His devotion to his patient and his big family is amazing. I wish him well when he retires. Thank You Dr. Seligman...I will and many will miss you. I would definitely recommend Dr. Seligman to anyone. He is one of the first ob gyn's that I have ever met with that takes the time to listen to you and learn what is going on prior to jumping to a solution.

Dr seligman is awesome. He has been my Dr for 5 years and delivered my son. He is patient, and takes the time to talk to you. He is honest and I trust him completely.

Dr. Seligman has been my doctor for over 26 years. He delivered all 4 of my children ( 2 by c-section and 2 vaginal) He currently takes care of my mother and my 2 daughters. I can honestly say he is more than just my doctor he is a part of our family. He has a wonderful bedside manner and will spend as much time as you need to understand what he is explaining and he will listen to you, really listen! His goal is to help you to have the best quality in life. I trust him completely with my health care. Sometimes you wait for a while but always remember... he is giving someone else the time they need just as he will give you. I’ve never felt him rush me or feel like he isn’t present while I’m talking to him. Hard to find a doctor who really cares about you as a person. Dr. Seligman is that DOCTOR. It is worth the wait. Very professional and caring doctor, I was not just a number for the day. I left the office very satisfied. I Recommend him 100%.

Dr. Seligman cared for me during my 2 pregnacies and delivered my 2 girls! He is so sweet and treated my family like his! We dearly love him!

Dr. Seligman is an amazing doctor. He's delivered all three of my children safely. He's very personable and his staff really cares about you and remembers you.

Dr seligman is the best dr I've found. He truly cares about his patients. After years of pain with no real hope he gave me back my life. I am forever grateful. You might have a wait but it is worth it. When it's your appointment time you won't be rushed and you'll leave feeling heard. Make your appointment early in the day if waiting is an issue for you.

Sometimes you have to Wait, But this is such fast pace world everyone wants it RIGHT NOW, if you have patients You cannot find better care than Dr Steven Segliman and Staff at both Arlington and Mansfield locations, He will take care of you as if you were his own. He is worth the wait.
