I’m only giving a star at all because the doctor himself is a nice guy and was pretty good with my son. However, I definitely won’t be returning. Not only did I wait 2 HOURS to see the doctor for my son’s first appointment but I was given poor instructions regarding a prescription needed for an upcoming sleep EEG and was forced to reschedule it. When the office called to get us a new prescription, they had no record of the rescheduled appointment and still had us in for the original. I told the woman the date and time of the rescheduled appointment and she told me they have nothing available that day. Unbelievable! Why was I given an appointment for a day that’s completely booked? I don’t understand. The office staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent. If you’re thinking about scheduling an appointment with this doctor, don’t. Find someone else. It’s not worth the aggravation.

This Dr. Listened to me when no one else would, Because he went above and beyond he was able to detected a tumor in my daughters brain.

You have to wait for hours to see the doctor . Appointment time with the real visit is a long long wait

Horrible horrible horrible. Do yourself a favor and look for another neurologist for your child. You will have to wait almost 3 hours to speak to the doctor for ten minutes. They will then send you for a bunch of tests but good luck getting the results since you will have to stalk them and harass them to find out if your child test results are normal. The doctor will never call you back. It’s like the wizard of oz hiding behind a sheet. You will get bounced around btwn medical assistants and nurses and office managers but none of them actually let you talk to him. Horrible service and just wants the insurance to pay him but have other people do his work

You will wait for 2 hours, so be prepared to allocate time for your appointment. I found it disrespectful.

TBH the Dr Shwartzberg deserves five stars ,but his staff was horrible. They way they communicate, and treat people is wrong.

I went here with my son years ago and he was diagnosed with autism spectrum. He also received a sleep eeg test here. The staff were pleasant and the appointments were quick. Overall, i had a great experience in the office. since then, he has further been diagnosed with adhd and received prescription medication and therapy. However that was cut short. Now my son needs a new doctor to prescribe him medication for his adhd as he cannot focus throughout the day without it. School/home have been a bumpy road! I do plan to come back so i hope there’s room for him! It seems like it’s difficult to find a good doctor that accepts the insurance and has the space for the child. Fingers crossed! Dr. Schwartzberg was very thorough and personable with my teenage daughter. Staff in person and on the phone was very helpful. Reports and prescription were prepared in a timely manner.

I called 100 times today and nobody coming on the call.poor customer service

If you need a referral, get it for someone who cares. Doesn't respond to messages or call people back. Entire appointment was 12 minutes. Administrative staff will bounce you back and forth between departments for 2 days with no return call. Unprofessional, rude and eager to transfer you to ANYONE ELSE, to get you off the phone despite THEIR error. Also, messages that claim to be sent aren't. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You guys are nuts. Dr. Schwartzberg has some of the best bedside manner I've seen, especially with an infant. I didn’t experience a super long wait, but his office is clearly huge and full of patients. And yeah, buddy talks fast. Open your ears and keep up! 5 stars, easily.

You will wait 2 hours for your appointment and he spends 5 minutes with your child. He speaks so fast you can barely understand what he’s saying and does absolutely nothing to help you to understand what is going on. Our most recent visit, I left without seeing him even after paying the copay because we were waiting for over two hour without any sign of actually seeing him. it was so late that Almost everyone else that works in the office had left already. Save yourself the headache and go to a different doctor. You will wait 2 hours for your appointment and he spends 5 minutes with your child. Amazing doctor, very clearly explained to me everything answered all my questions. 25 min waiting time, extremely nice staff. I definitely will recommend him. Thank you

The wait is waaaay to long. Waited at least 1 hour for each visit with an infant. Waited over 2 hours at the last visit and left without even seeing the doctor. and he is NOT worth the wait. Rushes appointment, talks so fast you can’t understand him and doesn’t explain anything when you ask questions.

lack of compassion and practicing like it is still 1980. He lacks bedside manner and the entire new visit was less than 10 minutes

Look elsewhere. You wait 2 hours to see the doctor who takes 3 min for the appt and talks extremely fast when you ask him to repeat anything he just ignores you and walks away. Also, the staff is careless and incompetent. I have been trying to get a script faxed over to the hospital for 2 days now. So Good Luck!

The staff were professional and helpful and Dr. Schwartzberg was extremely nice to my son who is petrified of going to the drs(hes 4 years old). I couldn't be more pleased with how our visit went .

THOUGHT he was really nice

I was recommended by my child's pediatrician to bring her to see him for being dizzy and falling. He was very child friendly, spoke with her respectfully and explained what steps he would take to assist her. Dr. Schwartzberg seemed to be very thorough in his testing of her. The office had returned my call promptly after I explained the situation and they were able to fit my daughter in for an appointment sooner with the doctor than previously expected.

Dr, Schwartzberg took Nataly on as a patient when she was 8 years old in 2006. I have nothing but admiration, respect and praise for Dr. Schwartzberg. My granddaughter has sensory integration dysfunction as well as a learning disability. He addressed each one with expertise, sensitivity and compassion. She is now 18 and has achieved beyond our expectations. Dr. Schwartzberg listened and responded to her needs. He then made sure to follow-up and get her the services she needed.

I went to see Doctor Schwartzberg a few weeks ago, I will not get into personal details but he basically told me that she was "imagining" all of the symptoms that I was going through and that I should see a therapist. This doctor is an ignorant and unintelligent man. I am very dissatisfied with my experience here , and I will be seeing another neurologist as soon as possible. Do not go here unless you would like to be spoken to like you are an idiot. He see my girl and order MRI and MRA after the result was there he didn't call me his office called and told me all is ok she is fine my girl still was complain about the pain I just gone and get the report it says she have a some problem and I don't recamond anyone Child to be seeing by this Careless Dr Mr Steven Schwartzberg.
