Dr. Steven Howard Schuster

Had a procedure came back 4 times to have consultations for him to fix the issue, after every consult I was forgotten. He never scheduled me, never responded to me and now I can’t breathe, very disappointing. Now what.

Dr. Schuster is amazing! He’s got the patience of a saint and the skills of an excellent surgeon. His staff is also amazing ….so empathetic and understanding and helpful in every way.

Dr. Steven Schuster did a terrible job on my eyelid blephorplasty. He disfigured my eyelids and left scars. He left stitches in both of my eyelids. He sutured my eyelids like a first year med student. He's arrogant and incompetent at best. Unfortunately for me, he was referred to me and so I did not research him prior. I come to find out later while searching google for how to file a complaint against a physician in Palm Beach County that I discovered he was responsible for the death of a young patient during breast augmentation and was sued for negligence. Had I known, I would have went to an oculoplastic surgeon, one who specializes in surgery of the eyes. In fact, I might do just that. Get an evaluation and find out what Dr Steven Schuster did wrong. Excellent doctor and staff!!

Dr Schuster and his staff are completely professional and courteous. They will take the time to listen, talk about the procedure, expectations, and costs. His office space is lovely. I am thrilled with the results of my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Schuster.

Dr Schuster is incompetent and careless. He did my upper eyelid blephorplasty and my right eye now has a large bubble. He also did a poor job at suturing. He also wrote me a RX for pain medication without checking my chart and medical history indicating I am allergic to this drug.

The office is punctual and very professional!

Horrible customer service, most expensive doctor, not professional. I’m so sorry I went with them. Everybody should be aware, they will do the surgery for you, and will promise the world! BE CAREFUL and make sure you put everything in writing. They WILL NOT GIVE YOU A CENT BACK. And they will pretend as if they never promised

I had an amazing experience seeing Dr. Schuster and his whole team. I saw Dr. Schuster for the removal of an irritated dermatofibroma (benign skin growth) on my leg. He was so kind and patient with my questions, and the excision seems to be healing wonderfully. Nicole was my nurse - she’s so friendly and personable and made me feel at ease prior to and during the procedure. Also, Kristin, at the front desk, was amazing throughout the entire process. I had a very small window of time to get the procedure done and she managed to fit me in. Overall, nothing but very positive things to say about my experience at Dr. Schuster’s office. The office staff were very professional and helpful. Dr. Schuster was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly and I left feeling that I would be well taken care of before, during, and after my surgery.

Dr. Schuster and his office staff are incredibly professional, kind and welcoming! I was looking for a doctor who had reasonable pricing to do a mole removal and he came highly recommended. Although I consulted with many doctors, Dr. Schuster was the only one out of all of them who I felt a good energy from. He was kind and warm, wasn’t pushy and told me exactly what the best approach was for me to achieve the best results. Not to mention, his prices are very fair and reasonable compared to other doctors! The office staff is professional, respectful and very friendly! He has a gorgeous office that is impeccably clean and very well maintained (something that is crucial especially during this time). Dr.Schuster is a GREAT Plastic Surgeon. He has performed a few procedures on me from 2007-2018 and I have been EXTREMELY pleased with the results. His work is VERY natural looking which was so important to me. I didn't want to have to go on the show "Botch" lol. I am saving up for a face lift and will be going back to Dr.Schuster. I had surgery by Dr. Schuster and found him to be less than professional. I too found a tension in his office amongst his staff, In addition his office manager was pushing after care with a agency that was not licensed to provide such care. Mary 2020

Dr Shuster cannot perform any good surgery he should have his licenses revoked. Would absolutely never recommend, lack of customer care and customer service if you want good service, DO NOT go to shuster.

Dr. Stephen Schuster performed a Mommy Make Over for me which includes the following 3 procedures; An abdominal repair for the Diastasis Recti separation; A tummy tuck; A breast lift I am new to the Boca Raton area so I decided to interview 5 surgeons before making my choice. I went online to search for articles about each surgeon AND also to read through every single one of their Google reviews. All 5 surgeons have negative reviews so that did not play a role in my decision making process. Dr. Stephen Schuster was the second surgeon I interviewed but I knew as soon as I left his office that he would be the surgeon of choice for me. But I did go through the process of interviewing the other 3 surgeons so that I could be certain that I was making the best choice. Right from my first steps into his office, Dr. Stephen Schuster AND all of his staff were consistentently pleasant, caring, kind and down to earth. They all have a lovely, light, jovial office rapport with one and other, and have this process down to a fine art working harmoniously together as a team. I was instantly comfortable. When speaking with him, he made me feel like I was talking to a friend rather than a surgeon. He also has an acute level of attention to detail and he was relaxed and smiling as we talked and he took notes. His concern was not only for the details of the procedures I wanted done, but he also wanted to know that I would be properly taken care of postoperatively. He made it very clear from the beginning that he wanted both my husband and I to know that he was available to both of us at any time; morning noon or night, week day or weekend. I recently had Breast Implant Revision surgery with Dr. Steven Schuster. He performed my first Breast Augmentation about 10 years ago and when I decided to have the procedure again I knew the only doctor to go to was Dr. Schuster. He and his staff make the process simple, comfortable and they deliver with confidence. Whether it was from the first consultation, to the pre op, to the day of surgery I knew I was in the best hands and care of a great doctor and tenured staff. Very disappointed with Dr. Schuster as a Surgeon. Some of the staff is very polite. Except of an awful nurse he has on staff. The negative tension in the office is unsettling. Do not recommend Dr. Schuster, he performed a terrible surgery.

His staff was fantastic. Had breast reduction over a year ago and was waiting for things to"settle". Appears he eyeballed measurements as my areolas are different sizes and fall differently on each breast. The breasts as well are not exactly the same size. The overall look is not good. He did ask me to wait to see if one breast dropped a bit but it didn't. And post one year +, the differences are upsetting. He did say: well they look better than what you started with! Dr Schuster is the type of man that genuinely cares about his patients. (It’s a rare quality seen). As an RN that he employed I witnessed it myself. He is also an artist that does beautiful work. I, along with a friend have even been his patients. And it sure won’t be my last!

Even though I had scheduled my surgery with a Miami surgeon I decided to get a second opinion with Dr schuester after a friend recommended him. I am so happy I did! I cancelled the Miami surgery and had a mommy makeover with Dr Schuester. I was very nervous being a former nurse and in my 50’s but everyone at his office is amazing! I am now 3 months postop and couldn’t be happier.Would definelty return for any future surgeries I decided to have, Nicole, Kristin, Michele who work there are awesome

Had my eyes done......after the third time still NO DIFFERENCE......felt like I just thru the money out the window......he’s painful, uncaring and sympathetic..... His staff, michelle, office manager and nurses Shari and Nicole are great.. Would never recommend him.
