after spending 15 years as a patient at this practice, i have seen many doctors come and go, most never spending more than a couple of years with him. over the years i have sent many friends and neighbors. every single one of them stopped seeing him because of his hard sales approach and lack of attention to the actual human in front of him. he will sell expensive labs that will barley get reviewed or be reviewed by an assistant. i would normally never write something like this but this practice and clients deserve to know this. keep looking, you can do better.

Dr. Schnur is an exceptional diagnostician as well as a compassionate doctor. My husband and I have been patients of his for over 20 years and we always receive outstanding care. Dr. Schnur takes time to explain our lab results, test results, and treatment. Most of our testing and lab work is done onsite, in his state of the art office which makes it very convenient. His staff is warm, friendly and competent. In fact, Dr. Schnur saved my husband’s life a few years ago and has continued to follow him closely to ensure that he is thriving. Dr. Schnur is a doctor who truly takes his time to care for his patients.

Had been a patient for over 4+ years but lately the service is terrible and the doctors mediocre. Was a top notch place, but they’ve lost their touch. Will be loooking for a new primary doctor now - never coming back!

He was an egomaniacal mean guy when he was at UM. I am not surprised of some of these reviews of him. Not surprised at all. I would never go to him if you paid me. People don't change. This is a one star review I found on Vitals. Unconscionable Dotor Self-verified patient of Dr. Steven A Schnur - Posted on January 22nd, 2015 I was pleased to find Dr. Schnur through the internet planning on moving from Northern California to Miami Beach Florida and I wanted a primary internist cardiologist like my appreciated Dr. of 19 years with the identical credentials! Being pleased changed at my very first visit when I was brought into an examining room with several people and then a man came in dressed civilian who I assumed was Dr. Schnur? I say assumed because not only didn't he introduce himself to me he never spoke to me rather his associates where he instructed a schedule of test for me to return for? Upon returning again I never had a chance to see or speak to him no one on one for a second? Then I returned for the results and was guided to an examining room by the same associate of the first visit and the doctor entered again no greeting or conversation with me, rather he viewed results for tests one by one on a flat screen thankfully saying positive but not telling m what each test was for just positive OMG? He checked my front/back and just walked out without a word to me or asking if I had any concerns? He did return moments later and I was hoping his conscience motivated him but I was sadly mistaken for he returned with an associated to point out two holes in the wall papered wall where something was removed and he firmly gave instructions they should be fixed immediately and left. I'm sure no one reading this as I ever had an experience like this and the man's disdain for his job was obvious. I tried calling his office manager knowing he could care less to advise why I was leaving his practice but it required several follow up calls and finally I received a message at 7PM she called and having found a lovely female family doctor who cares I let it be. Oh yes his office is Elite Medical and he's the owner of this huge office mini hospital! He was an egomaniacal mean guy when he was at UM. I am not surprised of some of these reviews of him. Dr. Schnur is a very caring and attentive Doctor whom I can trust with my health needs. He’s been very patient and will go out of his way to make sure he gets you better. He’s the only one I feel so comfortable seeing from the day I’ve first met him. So far the best Doctor I’ve ever seen. Dr. Schnur and his team are always genuine, responsive and professional. Whether I am there for an annual check up or sick visit, they are always thorough, efficient and make me feel secure. Dr. Steven Schnur has taking care of my grandmother for the past 15 years. In all the years I have known Dr. Schnur his dedication and passion for his patients has always stand out to me. Over the past 20 years, I've moved around various health plans, which often created need for me to find a new primary physician. Until a year ago, I inevitably viewed my primary as the guy who I'd call when I need a prescription written or a referral to a specialist. That changed when I designated Dr Schnur as my new physician. Everything is different about the experience in his office, starting with the staff at the front desk and back office. All so nice. They make a point to know you and provide excellent service. I had a doctor several year ago who overcharged me for a visit then made me wait 8 months (and put in half a dozen calls) for a refund. That wouldn't happen here. They move you through the process like a well oiled machine. As for the doctor...First thing you notice is he's a warm, engaging guy. He has spent the requisite time with me on every visit to ensure that I'm comfortable that I've had my questions answered, and that he's had time to adequately review my issue. I've recently had a peculiar health issue, the cause of which has been hard to pin down. He has given me guidance on the potential causes for my problem, and together we are methodically working through the possibilities to see what causes we can eliminate, and how best to treat. Dr. Schnur is a very excellent doctor and runs a state of the art healthcare system. I first came to Dr. Schnur over 15 years ago to control my high blood pressure. I was suffering from severe high blood pressure and it was uncontrollable. I had gone to many other doctors but they were all unsuccessful in getting my blood pressure under control. Dr. Schnur was able to preform a multitude of tests all in his office to examine my condition and find a suitable solution to bring my blood pressure back to normal. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Schnur and his wonderful staff at Elite Health. I would highly recommend Dr. Schnur and the office of Elite Health for all your medical exams. They have great medical technicians and preform the exams with the latest medical equipment. I have also successfully been treated at Elite Health for a skin condition, and have been given preventive healthcare vitamin supplements. There is no place like EliteHealth. Dr.Schnur took the time to really listen to my mother, he always makes us feel safe because he genuinely cares. I highly recommend both Dr. Schnur and EliteHealth. The office staff makes us feel at home. For us they are family.

Dr. Schnur saved my husband life! He took the time expertise and patience to insist my husband have a procedure that my husband did not want to have. He is young, athletic, non smoker with very few complaints. But Dr. Schnur knew based on test results that he needed to go. Finally my husband agreed and found out he needed open heart surgery and 6 bypasses. He would not be alive today were it not for Dr. Schnur's intuitive, wise and kind insistence.

Scheduled an appointment a year ago for a skin issue. They pushed me to take test after test, completely unrelated to the skin issue. It was a scare tactic meant and it worked, because I spent hundreds of dollars to find out what I already knew: I was in good health. Dr. Fayeghi never addressed the skin issue, so I cancelled all appointments and never came back. Today, nearly a year later I received an appointment reminder call, for an appointment I never requested. They automatically schedule a lab work and follow up without my permission. My father always had blood work since he was a heart patient he went in feeling sick had blood work done never got a call back after a couple of days I ended up taking g him to the ER he was admitted and told he had cancer liver enzymes sky high infection my QUESTION to Dr Shnur is why did you and your staff not realize with the many blood work my father had done at your office that something was wrong had Dr Shnur been a good Dr he would have saved his life by early diagnosis. He died.

Such a great and caring Doctor, I never had a good physician that really cares to his patients. Love the facility and team.
