Mr. Steven Edwin Ozeran

This doctor places monetary gain over proper procedures or techniques, and completely lacks the training, expertise, or communication skills. Just one consultation will reflect this. And, a follow-up will only reiterate this. It’s not worth what you think you’re saving, because finding a qualified provider that has the skills and desire to fix his mistakes will cost three times the initial cost and prove extremely difficult to find. Furthermore, he’s crass, profane, and has absolutely zero concern for patient privacy or HIPPA policies—regularly showing off patients procedures pictures he stores on his cell phone, from both his private practice and the hospitals he’s affiliated with… frankly it’s astonishing he can get away with this!

Unprofessional and appears to be extrenely scattered. Hard to follow and indecisive. He actually scares me a but and i have gone with Spokane provider instead.

Dr. Ozeran is the best doctor I've ever had.
