Great wisdom teeth experience with Dr Malpus and staff for my 17yo son. Talked to us about using Exprel during surgery to eliminate having to use an opioid for pain afterwards. His pain was managed with IBUPROFEN and ice packs. All their staff were kind and helpful. Great experience

My experience with Dr, Molpus and his staff was outstanding. They greet you like they are so glad you are there; they explain what they are going to do and why. this was so important to me.

Dr. Molpus and his team are absolutely amazing! I had my top 2 wisdom teeth removed and the entire process went smoothly! I zoomed the Doc and nurse before my appt and they made me feel so comfortable. Surgery day went smoothly, too. They made me laugh and feel comfortable. 10/10!!

Office staff and tech totally didn’t care how long I waited for just an initial consult. Never met the doc waited an hour in the consult room for an hour without anyone explaining the cause for delay. They really didn’t give a crap took my money elsewhere don’t know why these docs think their time is more valuable than mine. I’m a trucker on the road 11/12 days at a time and home on average 6-8 days a month. I have better things to do on my time off and sit in a doctors office for over an hour totally unacceptable would not recommend this place.

I am not certain I can rate my experience with a star rating. Perhaps “incomplete.” I saw Dr. M last summer, and developed a treatment plan. I had to do some prep work with a regular Dentist prior to scheduling for implants. They recommended Dr . Colclasure downstairs which was wonderful. Once I completed the prep work, I was advised to call and schedule the implant surgery. It was late in the afternoon, I spoke with a young lady and explained to her that I was ready to schedule the appointment with Dr. M, and needed a copy of my Treatment Plan in order to refresh my memory of our plan. She said that she needed to have her superior call me back with the plan review pricing as far as what I would be responsible after my insurance was applied, instructions, and scheduling the appointment. She said it would be the following day because it was almost closing time. So...the following day, and two more days went by without a call. I decided to call again and asked for the superior. They took a message and said she’d call me back. The next day, I called again and asked for the superior, finally made contact, we spoke briefly and she said she was going to check some things with my insurance discounts and call me back with the final price and schedule the appointment. That was 3 months ago. Now it’s a new year so hopefully my insurance kicked one a better price but I have yet to receive the call back. I suppose I’m forgettable but it’s left me confused and somewhat emotionally ill. So I guess I’m shopping now for implants pricing. BN I am not certain I can rate my experience with a star rating. Dr. Molpus and his entire staff were amazing with my daughter. She is 16 and I couldn’t stay with her the whole time due to COVID. They were very kind and comforting with her. Dr. Molpus gave me total peace when he turned around as he was leaving her room and said “we will take care of her like she is ours”. It doesn’t get better than that!!! I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Molpus office. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Molpus is thorough. He spent time explaining what would occur and options for later treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Molpus for oral surgery.

Can I just say, my experience here was truly a wonderful one. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I was being discharged, every single person I encountered was kind and extremely helpful. After they took out my teeth, I had very little pain and had ZERO complications and I am truly grateful for that. They sent home instructions, ice packs, and a little bag with me and I even had someone to check up on me after my surgery. I would definitely come back if I ever needed any other oral surgery!! Dr. Alfonso treated both my daughter and wife. Fantastic surgeon and wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Molpus removed my sons wrong wisdom tooth. He took no responsibility for his mistake. Then he was very upset and rude and said we could leave if we didn’t like it. He did not offer to correct his mistake. Was very surprised he handled it this way. I expected more from him.

I would recommend anyone to Dr Molpus. I am still under his care once a year. He's very kind and caring for his patients.

Almost a year ago I had a double jaw procedure performed by Dr. Molpus. I received the greatest support and treatment from Dr. Molpus and his entire staff! It’s an experience I am really thankful for. I recommend his office to anyone needing oral surgery.

Do not use this oral surgeon. Poor bedside manners. Same with the CRNA.

Dr. Molpus was very good about explaining my condition and treatment options. However, the office was not forthcoming with a treatment plan and line item costs for my treatment, although I made several requests over the course of three weeks. This made me very uncomfortable, so I sought a second opinion, and I am receiving excellent treatment from another oral surgeon.

Dr. Steven F. Molpus and his staff did an excellent job in the removal of back moraler. My only complaint is trying to get money back paid by insurance. You have to pay up front and the doctors office will reinbusts. I had my sugery April and Ithis montth is july. I have been trying for three weeks to be reinburst for almost $400 each time i call the office staff says its in the mail. Sandra Jackson

Terrible bedside manner. Very uncaring about concerns of patient and when asked questions he was very condescending and talked down to me.
