Dr Merkel is my favorite Dr but I can't see him and neither can my kids. Dr Merkel needs to see patients at least one day a week in downtown Huntington wv and accept unicare

He might be nice, grumpy, forgetful or being a recluse you never know what to expect (whiplash). Big on non-committal treatment (fear of being sued?) Staff are horrid people. Appts are usually 2-4 wks out (policy). Leave a message and its a disaster. IF you get a follow up call message you left generally gets relayed so many times (inaccurately?) that the response you get a week later is off base. Long story short....Dr=Dr jekyll & Mr Hyde. Staff is RUDE & unhappy with their job/life.
