Dr McNamara treated me in the ER in Gardnerville for Covid. He was very professional and thorough. He wasn’t judgmental and he explained things very well. I was prescribed the medication I needed (steroids) which earlier in the day I had been denied at another facility. I credit my turn around to Dr. McNamara. I wish this ER/hospital employed more doctors like Dr. McNamara. But, that’s for another day.
