Had to Wait way after appointments in order to be seen, was told if we didn't like the wait we could reschedule or go elsewhere.Office staff didn't care in keeping to appointment time, office staff appears to be lazy, lack of customer service. Doctor scheduled multiple appointments to give same results. It appears the entire office staff doesn't care especially if you have a concern they prefer you not to bring any concerns to their attention. Can't recommend anyone going to this establishment. Would highly recommend doing your research before scheduling with any doctors office. Did not schedule any other appointments after the Bad Experience.

My husband and I have been Patients of Dr. Manuli for several years. We are very happy with the care and attention given by him and his staff. I have always been seen same day I call when I am suddenly sick. This means so much when you don’t feel well. We highly recommend Dr. Manuli

The doctor was great; however I just moved into town and was out of several prescriptions which I shared with the doctor. He assured me he would get my prescriptions refilled with a 90 day supply: My appt was Tuesday at 9 am, today is Thursday at 6 pm and I have called twice to see the status of ordering my refills, once on Wed: afternoon and again on Thurs. morning and I have received no response from anyone in the office which is totally unacceptable. Is this the service anyone deserves?

I have been a patient since the previous doctor (Dr. Barber) turned over his patients to Manuli. He is good doctor and takes good care of his patients. If he doesn't know or is limited in something he has no problem letting you know and sending you to a specialist. (Isn't this what an internist is suppose to do?) I love his nursing staff. They are always friendly and helpful!

The worst experience you will ever have at a doctor. Waited for nearly an hour, and the only excuse he could provide was that others were late; therefore, I had to suffer. I thought all physician offices has an arrival time policy. The doctor, nor did any of his nurses, ever come in to inform he would be an hour behind schedule. When asked about the delay, the doctors solution was to respond "If I were you, I'd just get another doctor!" Wasted an hour and was never granted an apology!

Dr. Manuli, while nice, is over stretched, relies entirely too much on his P.A.'s, and as already menioned, prefers patients with short term accute illness over those who require monitoring. No patient portal means a 2ND COPAY trip to the office for the simplist lab result. His long term office manager IS truly AWFUL with patients. As the parent of a child with cancer, I had no time to find another Dr. for myself. One P.A. sent me for a CAT scan and never even gave me the results! 10 yrs+ there.
