At this point during the pandemic, our visits are via computer, which is turning out to be just fine. Dr. Mann is erudite, compassionate, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me to alter a long-standing problem of violence and hatred due to mental illness in my family. His insight gave a path to a remarkable breakthrough on both sides, for which I will be forever grateful. Thank you Dr. Mann!

I found his questioning odd. His manner odd and his recommended treatment plan completely off. He charged my debit card for 2 visits in the same day as well

Always helpful and makes me feel validated for my concerns. Most Dr's pass off my thoughts to easy general diagnosis with little detective work. It's nice to hear a Dr tell you not to give up on answers because the Dr who tested you doesn't see what your saying so it's always preprogrammed answers like lose weight, quit smoking, try an antidepressants, ect. While some of these will help in some situations that doesn't mean there isn't more going on and hearing we can't see it and we can't help you makes things worse now you feel like they don't believe you which doesn't promote trust. The thing I like most is he always tries to follow my train of thought so he can either tell me it's an understandable course of thought or he finds where it might have taken a left turn and lost its productive value and points me in a new direction to explore. I never leave his office feeling like we ran out of options and that's important I think in a dr.

I cant stand this guy questions your level of pain like its a fallacy he is a paid puppet, insurance companies keep him in thier pockets
