Dr. Steven C Luh

Denied help! I have had this doctor for over 2 years as my primary. I was denied help even with an Anthem BCBS policy through my employer. When I set this up over 2 years ago. I called and asked if Steven Luh MD was taking new patients. I signed myself and my wife in and was accepted. I just called on 3/21/23 and was denied an appointment even though my wife is a patient and this doctor is my primary doctor. I was told they are now not accepting me because he has too many patients. Stay away from doctors like this who dump you and deny you access to help. I now have to find another doctor just to get help. Dirty greedy doctors! Steven Luh is not a helpful person/ doctor and his practice is obviously about greed not help.

This review is for front desk staff Katelyn. For my very first appointment, their system made a mistake. So I had to call to reschedule. This Lady Katelyn answered phone, I explained what happened and expressed my frustration. Obviously, Katelyn did not care about any inconvenience this had caused me. Without one single word of apology, she blamed the system and even blamed me for not giving them a call earlier to reschedule. And her attitude was unbelievably unprofessional. Quoting her words “I’m just working here”, and she could not care less. I honestly never met a front desk staff like Katelyn before, what a shame. Mr. Luh might be a good doctor, but this specific front desk staff is just unprofessional and do not care about patient. Try to hire better staff who care about your patients. Dr. Luh is courteous and patient when it comes to listening to his patience's inquiries and providing answers. He is also multi-tasking and highly efficient in taking care multiple requests I have in one visit that can save me time from coming back the 2nd time. Basically, he is very patience focused.

If you are a Anthem Blue Cross member do not go to Dr. Steven Luh's office. Even though I got him off the list given to me by Anthem BC they refused to take my insurance even though Anthem got them on the phone and said they were in network Dr. Luh's staff would not hear it. The staff was condescending, and fake apologetic but of course they said if I'd like to pay out of pocket they'd take me. If you are a Anthem Blue Cross member do not go to Dr. Steven Luh's office. Very nice staff, I have received excellent care each time, doctors listen to you and are compassionate and caring

Dr. Luh has been my provider for the last 5 years. He always listen my concerns and does great follow-up using the Patient's portal email. Thanks Doc! continue to do an exceptional job!
