Dr. Steven C Lockett

Dr. Johnson only sees $$$. He does not listen to the patient and what they want. Last time I was in, in 2016, I waited almost an hour to be seen and I was the first appt. Also 3 years later I am getting a bill for $28.47 which I paid at the time of my appointment. What the HELL??? I will never go back there!!!

These guys have sent me the same bill like 3 times. Which I paid twice..over the phone and in person.... I get new bills as far back as 2013, which I have no record of paying, but I'm not sure. Also, i am not even sure why I get bills. My new dental place does all the same stuff, but my insurance covers it. They have a nice little scam going. Bill people 10 years later and maybe they wont remember? And just pay it. Sorry I am not paying for x Ray's from 2013 that should of been covered from my insurance...it's labelled. Don't ever have a serious emergency on a weekend!! Unfriendly attitudes and no help! Dying of pain and getting sicker from infection, you'll be sent to the ER, who does NOT have a dentist on duty and it's a 5 hour wait. We were lucky a family friend, who works for a different dentist, found us someone who got us right in! I can't say enough good things about Dr Lockett's abilities as a dentist. It's obvious he cares about his patients' comfort, and tries to make visits pain free as possible.

All staff is awesome...I recommmed to all my family and friends too.

My family and I have been patients here since 2012, and we feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful office! The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable...they take the time to explain your needs and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They have some seriously cool technology in there too, and all the work I've had done has been excellent. Both doctors are caring, meticulous, and respectful of your time....but what I like most is that they actually have personalities ????. I've have been coming here since 2007 and hopefully will retire here. The staff is wonderful and the doctors are terrific. The office is warm and friendly and is on the cutting edge, dealing with dental issues, as well as sleep issues. Thanks for helping.

I always feel like I am in good hands when I go to Dr. Lockette's office. They really care how I am doing, so they do everything possible to make my Dental experience a pleasant one. Before them I am not sure I would have said that. I definitely would recommend them to all. I already have and have heard raves from them.

I always have a good laugh with Dr. Lockett, he has a good sense of humor which isn't always the case when you go to the dentist especially since I don't like to go to. Every time I've been there, everyone makes me feel comfortable so it's not so bad going back.

Great office. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful explaining things to me. It's hard to always understand what gets said during an exam, all those weird terms, but my hygienist always takes the time to make sure she explains my treatment needs to me in a way I understand. Love coming here.

Dr. Lockett and his staff were extremely nice and professional during all my visits! I had a crown done a few months ago and Dr. Lockett made sure to explain the step by step process. I've been going to see Dr. Lockett for a couple years now and I am absolutely satisfied with the service that he and his office provides. I am always welcomed with a friendly smile when I walk through the door and am impressed by how they know everyone's name. The facility is nice and clean. I've been going here ever since I was just a baby! This place is seriously the best. I absolutely love coming to my appointments here. The office manager, Oona is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and always remembers every patient that walks through the door. The office features advanced high tech equipment which puts it at a very high competitive advantage with other dental offices. Overall I don't expect anybody to have anything but the best dental experience here. The hygienists are very friendly and professional, and you'll probably have the same one each time!
