Steven Henry Leifheit

Dr. Leifheit has helped me tremendously with chronic back pain from a rotated pelvis! His manipulation is nothing like a chiropractic adjustment. It is gentle and steady! Two positions and my back pain is immediately resolved!!

One of only a few doctors who I put my trust in. Thoroughly knowledgeable in his field. I can depend on the truth about my condition, - good or bad. He explains what is happening in layman's terms and is able to answer questions to my satisfaction. I've never felt rushed so he could get on to his next patient. A MAJOR PLUS, - he is not tied to the Highline / St. Anne's Franciscan system. Only problem is his limited acceptable insurances. Mine appears to be a problem which resulted in some miscommunication with the front office person.

I am So Thankful for finding & for Dr. Leifheit!! He is so Educated & Experienced (he once worked where I worked & received some treatment-UNTHSC- Ft.Worth). Upon my 1st visit, he ordered my previous records & new exrays & was able to determine my current medical condition & diagnosis. Dr Leifheit has helped me get through several serious back issues as well as a bad neck injury. He is very knowledgeable, and always spends as much time as needed to always take care of my needs. He really shows that he cares about his patients. Highly recommended!

Dr. Leifheit is one of the most caring physicians I know. He goes above and beyond to make sure the imaging of my back and treatment was done in a timely manner. He gets to the root cause of the problem and corrects the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Leifheit if your having back pains or other musculoskeletal problems. I've seen Dr. Leifheit over a 10 year period for back problems. I aopreciate his conservative therapy and in spite of severe pain and debilitating movement when I start treatment, his suggestions for easy exercises and explanation of what will help improve my pain has resulted in pretty quick relief that lasts. He has a very nice manner and respects the bodys' ability to heal without resorting to invasive means.

I had 4 sessions with him. He did absolutely NOTHING to help my lower back pain. He would talk for about 35 minutes. Do two easy stretches that I could have done by myself. Charged me $120 for copay fees and then I just got a bill in the mail for $700 because they lied to me and said they accepted my insurance and referral and they don't. So upset, feel completely taken advantage of.

I've seen doc Leifheit for 20 years. He has consistently been helpful with my back and neck problems. He was the first doc to not suggest surgery for my back pain as all the orthopods suggested. He seems to believe in very conservative therapies and to not jump the gun therapeutically. Good manner, knowledgeable and friendly....I highly recommend him if you have back neck or hip pain...good guy.

Long wait followed by scolding when asked about appointment length time. Poor listener. Not objective in chart noting.
