Dr. Kushner is one of the few doctors who took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options. He doesn't rush and he is always willing to answer my questions. He treated me conservatively and then performed surgery that was a complete success with very little pain. He is extremely experienced and skilled. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kushner is no nonsense, compassionate and a genius. I received excellent care from him as well as his staff. I would recommend Dr. Kushner to anyone.

Dr Steven Kushner is a highly skilled surgeon with a great personality He is a very compassionate doctor and loves what he does. He did a thorough evaluation including an exam, a history and a complete set of X-rays. Dr. Kushner is the best! Such a relief to have found someone so knowledgeable, thorough, skilled and patient! Dr. Kushner took his time explaining everything to me, and got to the bottom of a problem I'd been having for a very long time. I'd seen several doctors over the last few years, and none of them had been able to help. The surgery I had with Dr. Kushner was a complete success. I now have zero pain and full use of my hand. His occupational therapist is excellent too. You just can't beat his level of expertise, or his commitment to helping. I could not recommend Dr. Kushner more. A rare and excellent doctor! Office staff was nice but Dr.Kushner was very rude and arrogant did not like his attitude at all ????????????

Horrible experience. If you try leaving a honest review Mr Kushner will try to get post deleted or he will insult the reviewer. He lies on the reports. If you are seeing him for IME, record the conversation, contact a lawyer and try bringing your personal physician. You need a witness around this liar. His staff is also very rude. He is looking to help insurance company. He also made inappropriate comments about my 2 previous doctors and suggested they were working together to defraud insurance. Then he bad mouthed my lawyer which was inappropriate to even ask about. You are a doctor not the insurance company. Also Mr Kushner how can you spend 10 mins and make a determination on someone? Dr. Kushner is hands down (pun intended????) the most knowledgeable, supportive, honest, driven, and compassionate doctor I’ve ever interacted with. He truly changed my life/gave me my life back from his surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!

Dr. Kushner is my "HERO" He is eminently qualified and his many years of experience result in the best possible treatment for his patients. He manages a no nonsense approach to your health care. Right from the front desk through the surgery center and into physical therapy, you could not be in better position to essentially receive what I feel is the paramount of medical care and treatment . Right from the front desk through the surgery center and into physical therapy, you could not be in better position to essentially receive what I feel is the paramount of medical care and treatment . I was losing the use of my hand , thumb ,forefinger and the pain was unbearable. I had broken my arm and another Doctor had installed a plate with screws to cause the bone to heal. She placed it in a bad position and my nerves were being damaged. I was literally losing the use of my hand. Dr. Kushner performed a major reconstruction of my wrist and placed a conduit to allow the nerve to rebuild. I went four months waiting and through PT trying to get the pain under control with the other surgery. I am only 6 weeks into this recovery and Feel confident he saved my hand I will forever be grateful for saving my hand caring for me with his years of experience . He is my Hero!

I severed the tendon on my left index finger. Dr. Kushner's surgical skills, he was able to reconnect the severed tendon. Several months post-surgery my finger has full range of motion, zero deficits & zero pain. I was able to get an appointment w/ Dr. Kushner on the day I cut my finger & was surprised that I was able to have the tendon repair surgery the following day. Since the initial appointment to analyze the damage when I lacerated my finger, to present date, my experience has been 100% positive & I am extremely thankful for Dr. Kushner & his staff. Not only for the surgical repair on my finger but also for the physical therapy on my finger that Jamie provided. Dr. Kushner, Jamie & the entire staff are kind, polite, helpful, extremely knowledgeable & very professional. I am grateful to Dr. Kushner & his staff I would not want the surgery/services that I received performed by anyone other than Dr. Kushner & his competent staff. Thank you, Dr. Kushner & staff, you are the best!!!!

Dr. Kushner is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic. He has performed three surgeries for me and I am pleased and have full confidence in him and his staff (Jamie). I know he has my best interest in mind and makes me comfortable.

Horrible experience. Contact a lawyer and bring your personal doctor to appointment if your seeing him for IME. Record the conversation cause this guy a bad sociopathic liar. Mr Kushner loves money from insurance company due to his massive amounts of debt he owes on his expensive lifestyle he maintains due to his low self esteem he suffered from being bullied in high school. He now thinks he is better than others cause he has nicer stuff but his massive debts reflect the reality of his situation. Shoulda saved that cash then you wouldn’t need IME appointment money. He will do anything for a buck

What a disappointment. This is not a review for the doctor, this is for the ladies up front. I scheduled an appointment, when I specificity asked if I needed a referral they said no. I drive an hour to this place, walk in and they tell me I need a referral. Wasted two hours just for this, absolutely ridiculous. Have to schedule another appointment elsewhere. Make sure you get a clear answer when asking questions. Felt like they wanted to get rid of me ASAP and did not stay on the phone to actually answer my questions. What a disappointment. He let me know that I will longer be using my hand anymore, he let me know why !!

Dr. Kushner is an expert in the field. He has repaired both of my thumbs that were ravished by arthritis, greatly reducing my pain level and making it so I could again use them. He will not take unnecessary risks with his patients and will not move forward with surgery if there are other ways to repair. I do not trust my hands, wrists or elbows to anyone else. Dr Kushner dignosed and performed surgery on my hand in 1992. My results were and remain excellent ! The man took time to explain everything to me and my family. He is the only hand surgeon I would ever see.

Dr. Kushner was very knowledgeable and explained what was causing my wrist pain in plain english. I'm glad I saw him for a second opinion after another doctor in a mega group in the area hastily decided I need surgery. Turns out therapy and a splint did the trick!

Dr. Kushner was lacking information about patient at time is surgery. Appears he didn't remember patient and had not even reviewed file prior to meeting on surgery day. Had 2 surgeries with him due to one feeding off other surgery. Same lack of knowledge both times. Very arrogant and had no compassion for patient. Left a very uneasy feeling sending my daughter off to be operated on by him. Was always late. Spent 10 minutes discussing sports within our ear shot instead of tending to patient
