Great Dr and staff meets all my needs

Dr. Krause has always been very good to me. Straight-forward with his opinion and genuine with his help.

Dr. Steven Krause is professional, caring and very good at what he does. The same goes for all his staff and nurses. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of cardiac care of any kind.

Dr. Krause is truly exceptional, both in his skills and his human interactions. He clearly aims to be the very best as a physician.

Very engaged...listened well. His confidence, knowledge, and experience with treating my issues reduced my worries and concerns. Dr Krause and his nurse, Tracie, maintain a great upbeat mood throughout the visit.

I WAS IN HOSPITAL FOR A LIGHT HEART ATACK FOR THE 2ND TIME IN 2 YEARS DR KRAUSE FIXED THE PROBLEM WAS ABLE TO RETURN HOME AND DO THE THINGS I ENJOY DOING I HAVE RECOMENDED HIM TO A LOT OF PEOPLE KIND FRIENDLY SUPER HELPFUL A BLESSING TO ME

I have nothing good to say about Dr. Krause and I haven’t even seen him yet. I was waiting to see him for over an hour the other day just to be told “he’s been called out on an emergency, we need to reschedule “. I understand emergencies. However, I am in his office, right now as I write this review. I again have been waiting for over an hour and still no Dr. Krause. It is extremely disrespectful for Drs to over book and waste the valuable time of their patients. I have no idea if he is a good Dr or a bad Dr but the fact that he devalues his patients to this degree, the exact people that pay him, says a lot about his character. So I am changing my previous 1star rating to 3 star. I went to complain about the wait time and Dr Krause came into the room shortly after that. He was very polite, kind and informative. He should probably receive a higher rating but wait time is very important to me. I have nothing good to say about Dr. Krause and I haven’t even seen him yet. Dr. Krause was filling in for a cardiologist @ Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville,Mo., when my husband had his heart attack in March of 2016. Dr. Krause explained what was happening and what they were going to do, and later what they did, in terms that we could understand. Dr. Krause is a kind, compassionate human being and we highly recommend him to anyone who needs an ER Dr or a specialist in Cardiology and Internal Medicine.
