Very professional, promptly seen by Nurse and Doctor, answered all my questions. They do a great job helping me manage my health.

Actually Dr Kempton is a very unique doctor. His very concern with his patients n that's a good thing bc some doctors all they care about is the getting paid. The receptionist is very pleasant she made me feel comfortable and I like that. So I'll recommend Dr Kempton anytime ???? Thank you Florence Finney

He was very friendly and listened to all my issues. He made having to switch doctors seamless.

I love Dr Kempson. He has been my PCP for a few years now and he is very good. He listens and talks to me, asking my opinion before just making decisions. He is very sweet and is office is very easy to deal with. I always refer people to him!

Dr Kempson is a great family dr for my daughter and myself. He's very warm and professional with a gentle manner. I do not feel judged by my choices. He just works well with us

I really didn’t know that it was ok for a Dr. to be so unprofessional by raising their voice at a patient for simply trying to finish their question he also stated he did not no why I had even chosen him. He lack empathy and sympathy to an already extremely difficult situation. For the initial interaction he was rude and abrupt. Also he was the one who simply refused to help me in anyway even after I simply agreed to his suggestions the entire time. Don’t ask any questions then you should be ok o see him

Friendly staff and Dr Kempson was incredibly friendly and helpful. As a first time patient looking for a primary care physician it was a wonderful experience.

I just moved back to NWA, and it was very refreshing to go back to this office after 6 years like I’d never been gone. Dr Kempson is a great listener, answered all my questions, & I had meds at the pharmacy within 30 mins of leaving. A+

Dr. Kempson is a true Doctor by profession and by nature. He is caring of his patient and is willing to explain exactly what is going on in terms that the patient will understand. He is humble and genuine and I would highly recommend him.

I have always found Dr. Kempson to be a compassionate and caring physician. He actively listens, encourages, and recommends treatment. His staff is equally professional and I feel very confident in being under their care.

Even messed up when in 1 week to early, no problem they go me in anyhow instead of turning me away genuine people there! Dr KEMPSON is 5 out of 5 stars, his office staff is 1 out of 5 stars. You call the Office sick and get spoken to like garbage. If we didn’t like KEMPSON so much we would go elsewhere because of their lack of kindness.

I am really excited to have a Family Practitioner who really listened to me. My first visit was very refreshing.

He's a good doctor I like him and a good listener to I can go in there and talk about anything and he will listen to me for what time we have you can till he cares about his patience

DR. STEVEN KEMPSON IS EXELENT DOCTOR AND GENTLEMAN. HE TAKES TIME TO HEAR YOUR PROBLEM DIAGNOSE AND TREAT. WIFE AND I WOUD RECOMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

Dr Kempson, a great doctor. Dr. Kempson, takes the time to get all the details before giving his diagnosis. Dr. Kempson, seen needs I had beon what I was there for. Before I knew it, Dr. Kempson stepped out and help was in the room. The staff at the facility, are patient and helpful.

Dr. Kempson is always caring and does a great job trying to keep me healthy.

Very friendly, thorough, had read my chart & knew my allergies. Extremely helpful in diagnosing my issues.
