I am dealing with all sorts of different pain.. and did not sleep well do to it.. found myself sitting up in a chair most of the night. Since The Doctor worked with me with the amount of the medication . I been sleeping all night in bed. I Am So Very Grateful For Mr Doctor Steven Lee Kanners Wonderful Care....

Amazing Doctor & staff. They go above & beyond.

Staff has horrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude attitudes, not all but some, especially after hours question and answer staff. Very hard to get in contact with someone, very rare for someone to answer the phone. It takes 2-3 weeks maybe more to get seen for an appointment. Referrals take almost 4 weeks to process and in order to get a referral you have to leave a message and hope someone eventually calls back. Worst provider office I have ever been to. A veteran who went to Dr. Kanner office for an Annual Physical Exam. Should had been a red flag on a previous visit he stated, " I was the type of patient that cause a doctors to go bankrupt." I replied, "I hope not." Whatever that meant. At the beginning of the physical his nurse was not to informative as to what would be taking place. Dr. Kanner came Exam Room and instructed me to lay on the exam table on my right side. Which seemed strange to me since I have had digital prostate examinations in the past. But he was the doctor. Stated one finger or two, another red flag. I said one. I know where my prostate is, and that was not a digital prostate examination. Had me yelling. The procedure does not cause significant pain. The Government sent me to this quack to evaluate me for a disability benefits. Never mind that I have been out of work for over two years, had Total Disability, seen insurance doctors and an MRI, and they all concurred...but Kanner played the good-dog typical government hack really well. Great Dr

I can't say enough nice things about this man and his staff, and I do emphasize thankfulness on a daily basis... Keeping it simple can be tricky sometimes, they are my reminders that it need not be! If ever the storm, know your calm! :)

The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. Dr. Kanner himself is very warm and engaging. He takes his time with each patient and gives his full undivided attention. When I go to his office, I feel like I've gone back in time, to a different era, one with personalized service with care. After seeing you in his examination room, Dr. Kanner brings you into his office and discusses your diagnosis, and plan of treatment. Friendly caring staff. Dr. Kanner is warm and caring and takes his time with you. It's like going back in time to a place where people are treated like human beings instead of numbers. After he sees you in the examination room, Dr. Kanner takes you into his office to discuss your diagnosis and treatment. He listens to your input and answers any questions you might have. Dr. Kanner is a true gem in an era with little regard to personal care, he gives attention, compassion and kindness while treating you like a person who matters. He is never too busy to give every patient his all. I found Dr. Kanner as a case manager bringing a client to his appointment. I watched as this doctor treated my indigent client with dignity and respect I have rarely seen shown to my clients. He actually saved this man's life by catching his cancer and arranging the necessary treatment plan. There is nothing out there to compare with this office and this doctor, there just isn't.

Amazing and wonderful as always. I had to come back and say that the person who left a negative review is not being truthful. I have been going to this office for over 10 years now and I have never seen them being rude to anyone. I worked with the homeless population 10 years ago and after bringing a client to this office for his appointment and seeing how kindly he was treated and with how much compassion they showed I decided to switch doctors and go to Dr. Kanner. I have never regretted my decision. I have never in my 55 years seen the like of this office. The staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Kanner listens and takes his time and care with every client no matter what walk of life they come from. I will be heartbroken the day he retires. Not only that but the client I brought in to the office originally? Dr. Kanner saved his life by finding his cancer in time to be treated. He made the necessary referrals and set everything up for this gentleman who is in his 80s today.

Dr Kanner takes the time to explain what your health needs/issues are. He takes you to his private office on every visit where you sit and discuss your visit and or pkan of action. I have never waited more than 10 min past my appointment time. Dr Kanner is always there for you, I spent 6 weeks in the hospital and he came in every day including weekends (yes it was 5:00am before he went into the office, later on weekends) but he came and checked on things. If I had any concerns he got them corrected while at the hospital, or explained to me why this issue was happening. Great doctor, I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Kanner first and foremost listens to his patients, he explains what should be happening with you and then educates you on how to get there with the support of medical intervention. He is compassionate, considerate, and thorough in his application and management of his patient's healthcare. The office staff is respectable, professional, helpful, and efficient. I greatly appreciate the services rendered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kanner’s for over 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and has a wonderful staff. I have never waited long and I have never felt disregarded in any way. I dread the day he retires.

The doctor was fine but the support staff were not quite up to the task. Scheduling a biopsy, they advised it would be 2 days before radiology would contact us. Called directly and scheduler was able to fit us in the next day pending receipt of applicable paperwork. The request was received but the PET scan images were not. The apptmt had to be rescheduled.

I have been with Dr. Kanner for many years and hope to never change. He is so knowledgeable, personable, takes time to talk and answer any questions. His staff is fantastic. A very well run office. They are all so helpful and pleasant.

Very friendly Dr and staff. Reasonable and thorough. I highly recommend.

Dr. Steven Kanner is a Leader among Doctors. My Dad has been a patient of Dr. Kanner for over 15 years. Dr. Kanner's bedside manners are outstanding and most of all he explains everything to my Dad and to me if I have any questions. Dr Kanner has also trained his staff to have the same attitude that he has toward his patients. Shelley, Ally and Kelly are very nice and respond to your questions and needs. I have not met any other physician better than Dr. Kanner, he us caring, understanding, and listens. Dr. Kanner has been my family physician since 1989 and I would not change ever. He is an excellent Doctor, with a wonderful sense of humor. He does not see you as just a patient but as a person. I would not want any other Doctor to take care of me. He found the cancer in my body several years back and referred me to a Doctor he would see.

Dr. Kanner is an OKAY doctor, not great, not horrible. HOWEVER -- his office staff, especially those who answer the phone, SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Not only did she swear at me because the office was closing in half an hour, she couldn't be bothered to give ma an appointment because it was 'close to closing so, hum, bye.' SHE LITERALLY THEN PROCEEDED TO PRETEND SHE COULDN'T HEAR ME! BEWARE and STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH THE RUDENESS ONE HAS TO PUT UP WITH EVERY TIME.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kanner for many years. He is straightforward, compassionate, and caring. He saw me when I had no insurance and madecsure that all prescriptions were affordable and supplied coupons when available. I changed insurances to stay with Dr. Kanner and would do so again.

Dr.Kanner has been my primary physician for many many years.. He's fantastic, One of the easiest doctors to speak with, you never feel rushed.. Bery personable, I would highly recommend him..
