After having a maze operation on my heart by Dr. Kalbfleish and Dr. Rushing at the Ross heart center with complications , I will not return to the Ross center voluntarily again. I live in Springfield and chose Columbus because I expect better methods and care. I signed a contract with  Dr. Rushing on the procedures he would perform. After the surgery he informed me he only did a portion of the operation. A 4 day stay evolved into 13 days. He did not solve the problem and resigned shortly afterwards. My current Doctors can not understand why he did not correct the problems while he had my chest open. I will go to the Cleveland clinic eventually to have the second operation. Six months later I am back in AFib looking at alternative solutions.
