My mother just recently was taken to emergency to Lakewood Memorial due to a fall and Heart congested failure. When I showed up to the hospital Dr. Izumi made the time to see me to obtain a list my mother’s list of meds and provide me with a very detailed update of her condition. Made us feel at ease and gave us hope. Very professional and compassionate Dr. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain more than other Dr’s have on my mother’s heart condition. Highly recommend!
Dr Izumi was extremely helpful in letting us know what was happening with my 97 year old father in law in an hospital overseeing capacity. He explained what was happening and what the treatment plan would be. He had an excellent bedside manner and answered every question we had. Would recommend him to anyone who has a loved one at Long Beach Memorial.
Dr asked me a question then walked away when I was answering him. not a good listener at all talks over you when communicating. shows no compassion seems to just be there to make a check. worst doctor I have ever seen.
