Dr. Steven Edward Hodes

Dr. Hodes is very personable, knowledge and professional. I have been going to him for years now and it is always a pleasant experience. They staff is also great. I would recommend him to anyone with GI issues.

One of the most competent doctors I know. He has the best bed side manner.

Dr. Hodes has been my gastroenterologist for 20 years. He is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. I highly recommend him.

If you are diagnosed for IBD, he is not the correct choice. Also, I felt Dr Hodes do not spend enough time with patient; I would say less than 10 mins. He is always in rush to see other patients.

Dr. Hodes is a good choice for GI doctors if your condition is very cut and dry. He could spend a little more time with patients when they are bringing concerns to him about how the condition can impact other aspects of the body but across the board still a good choice.

after waiting 45 mins to go in than wait another 20 mins. you get to see the doctor .dr Hodie is a good doctor... so i call to make new appointment i was told they put me in collection for 75.00 for co pay and didnt make in for my last appointment . so to my surprise i never had a co pay before on my insurance so this was a first ... i was told i could,nt come in until i paid 75.00 so i said its all about the money .she said sorry but yes!!!! so i have to find another doctor .. unbelievable !!!

Dr. Hodes is the best Gastro MD I have ever had the privilege to have. He listens, cares and gets to the core of the problem. Waiting time is very low. Staff is very nice as well.

Great experience. Dr. Hodes is very nice and helpful. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating. Didn't wait long at all. I was in and out in under a half hour.

He was extremely professional but also very personable. He could tell right off the bat that I had anemia without me even telling him so not only does he know his stuff, but he's observant. He was honest to me about a medication I was on for nausea that isn't good for you to be on and told me he wanted some testing done to rule out causes for the anemia as well as for my other symptoms. My mom came with me and she too now after meeting with him wants to switch. Glad I found a good doctor.
