Did not have a good experience - basically abandoned me when i had any questions. He IS, amazingly, a licensed california MD, and I registered a complaint with the medical board - they told me that although i am only one of many, to still register the complaint as is still important for future action. Certainly forgot his oath to first do no harm. He has also spoken of bankruptcy and I have no desire to further fund a licensed md who has become a chumbucket racket, even with the blue glasses - he should join chaikin investing !

I reached out to Dr. Gundry's office in July to help me with the aftermath of chemo. For the past 18 months, I have been battling stage three cancer and its toll on my body. My decision was influenced by his ad on Instagram, with promising solutions for inflammation and gut issues. Debbie, from his office emailed that a series of blood draws and labs would be required, for a cost of $1300 to $1600 which my insurance would not cover. The email listed two labs for me to contact, with a specific directive not to use Quest or Lab Corp. Tracy Brown from LL Labs called me, an entity not mentioned in the email, to schedule an appointment for an out of pocket fee. I was left perplexed as to how they acquired my contact, considering privacy laws. I soon learned that Laurie Acuna, the founder of LL Labs, is also an employee in Dr. Gundry's office. On 9/19 When Laurie arrived at my home, she did not use the vials provided by the lab companies. Instead, she took all the boxes containing the vials, which raised concerns about the handling of my medical information. On 10/2, Luz at Dr. Gundry's office emailed me, stating that the test called Myeloperoxidase (MPO) needed to be retested, as the phlebotomist had failed to provide a sample, requesting that I go to Quest for the redraw. When I contacted Tracy at LL Labs, she appeared displeased and promptly ended the conversation. On 10/5, I received an email from Susan Lokken, Dr. Gundry's office manager, saying that the error lay not with the phlebotomist but rather with Cleveland, for losing the vial. Once again, I reached out to Tracy at LL Labs, and her response was terse and unhelpful. I explained that shortly I would be undergoing two challenging surgeries, all while battling pneumonia. She agreed to send Laurie back for one vial of blood, albeit at a very high additional cost, which took me by surprise. I left a message for Dr. Gundry's office to try to resolve this issue. On 10/18, the day after my mastectomy, I received an email from Jessenia P. in Dr. Gundry’s office, asking me to go to Quest for the blood draw. In response, over email, I expressed my disappointment, explaining that the purpose of paying LL Labs was to avoid the long lines at a lab. I subsequently received an email from Susan Lokken, Dr. Gundry's office manager informing me, "there was no mistake made and no one failed". She said I had high potassium levels in my blood sample so they could not run the (MPO) test." She emphasized that this was not LL Labs' fault. I encountered three different explanations for the missing vial of blood. Only two weeks prior, Ms. Lokken had emailed me that the Cleveland Lab had most likely lost the vial of blood. At every juncture, the priority seemed to be protecting their colleague, the founder of LL Labs. Unfortunately, I had no recourse with LL Labs, given that it is a family-run enterprise, leaving no avenue for addressing grievances. Ms. Lokken informed me that she was the only office manager for Dr. Gundry's practice and asserted that nothing unethical had occurred. She firmly defended LL Labs, and declared they did "NOTHING" wrong and there was nothing more to discuss, essentially dismissing my concerns. She further accused me of impoliteness toward staff, a matter that left me perplexed, as the majority of my interactions with Dr. Gundry's office occurred through email due to difficulties reaching anyone by phone. It is a familiar tactic, often employed by unprofessional office staff when faced with patient concerns - attempting to deflect the issue by blaming the patient for being abusive. I am left with concerns about the treatment of patients in this practice. While I understand that misunderstandings occur, I believe it is important to prioritize patient care, open communication, and empathy. I question whether these principles are consistently upheld within this office. Patients who seek out Dr. Gundry's office are dealing with very difficult health issues and should receive the highest standard of care and support. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.

Be careful of Doctor Gundry, he told my 75 year old dad who is traveling to a developing South American country to not get the covid vaccine, even though the doctor himself has received the vaccine. I have had some of his supplements and they seem fine but I did not notice a difference with or without them.

The company has taken it upon themselves to set me up on recurring orders that I didn't do, I never do with anyone. So, I will NEVER order anything else from this company that I can't trust. And I will definitely dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Fructo-Oligosaccharides in Vital Reds. Be aware that Vital Reds contains 250 mg of FRUCTOSE which is like drinking a can of SODA. FRUCTOSE is know to cause cancer and make you FAT. Terrible for people that are trying to loose weight. And also added Natural Flavors?? and Guar Gum??. That is all SUGAR. No wonder Vital Reds tastes EXTREMELY SWEET. I've been enjoying the product however virtually EVERY time I reorder, the order gets fouled up. My most recent order was shipped to an old address and returned to sender - even though I've received correctly addressed shipments prior. Prior on-line order attempts necessitated phoning in the order accompanied with a verbal apology that their systems were being upgraded or were down - for two years? After 7 minutes of trying to fix this most recent occurrence with the operator - verifying information they already had in their system - including credit card info already on file. I said sorry but I don't have the time to invest in this product/service any more - I don't really need it THAT bad! The marketing is great and believable - to bad someone(s) on their systems team has been screwing things up. Having now taken primal plants and vital reds for a year I'm not really sure whether I'm more healthy or not as if so it sure hasn't shown in my blood tests. My recent one showed no change in my high cholesterol and my blood sugar level up from my previous test though we eat healthy and watch our weight along with exercising. The cost of his products are phenomenal which definitely has led me to question his products. Along with that his website for us sucks as after creating an account we can not logon with our email address yet we get all the email promo's from them at that email. We've contacted the web support multiple times with a whole lot of BS for answers with finally their saying we have to call any orders in. What site does this. Also, have read some of his answers online which customers have asked of him yet there is no place on the site to ask a question to Dr. Gundry and my last email asking how to ask him a question remains unanswered. With this lack of support and the expense I'm left to feeling much of his products are unsubstantiated and thus are going to save my money with no more orders from me unless he can publish documented proof that they do what they touted to do and not just people saying I "feel great" Lastly, he recently came out with great heart supplement! Thought that was what the Vital Reds was for? So how confusing can it be, do we take one or all of them making him more wealthy and us really not getting the benefit proclaimed. Just very disappointed. Having now taken primal plants and vital reds for a year I'm not really sure whether I'm more healthy or not as if so it sure hasn't shown in my blood tests. I ordered ONE jar of $49 dollar vitamins (which they were supposedly running out of). Immediately upon having my card 4 different firms (all part of the Steven Gundry umbrella) charged additional vitamins to my card, and a service called Abs after 40. Chase fraud alert called and notified me; I had to cancel my card (while on vacation, very inconvenient). I spoke to Abs after 40 (who called me because their charge was declined) and they explained these firms are all "subs" of Steven Gundry. I really liked the infomercials I saw, and thought this could be different - but it's not. Chase insisted I change my card number because they said I am at risk for further charges if I don't. I am a pharmacist specializing in alternative health care. I am a diabetic with type 2 diabetes. I read The Plant Paradox and became Dr. Gundry's disciple. I have recommended this book to so many of my customers and friends and relatives. I have adopted his diet and it is working for me. I admire his work. I live in Palm Springs for 6 months out of the year. I have called the clinic a few times, left messages. I have written a few e-mails asking someone there to please get back to me since I need help. I am trying to give up my medications and I have already given up one half the dose. I wanted to know what kind of tests does Dr. Gundry recommend etc. They are not taking any new patients but the least they could do is to get back to me. Why is that most of these doctors who come up with amazing concepts, write such books, start out helping people end up becoming this annoying e-marketers bombarding you with these these e-mails that are so not professional. He has time to sit there and partake in such practice but no one there has time to get back to a patient in need. I guess the need to get rich and make money takes over any initial "doing good deed" need gets lost. I guess the old say-- money is the root of all evil" still holds true. It really is a shame! Added to the pre' with a 1500 calorie diet. Lots of water. Went at it for two weeks now. Gained 3 pounds first week, added another this week. Up 4 from where I began. The stuff clogged up in my kitchen sink. Had to use vinegar and baking soda to loosen it up enough I could just watch dishes. Returning it as soon as I finish this. No need to gain weight with this when I can easily do it with ice cream and cookies. Balderdash. On, you're wondering why the clogged drain? The mixture doesn't disolve in water. It leaves sediment in the class after I drank the mixed -- used a spinner type to mix/blend. Drank it. Left a lot in the bottom of the cup. Petewe. Added to the pre' with a 1500 calorie diet. This review is for primal plants powder. I actually can tolerate the taste unlike many green powders. It has a slight apple taste. My biggest criticism is the price and the hype. I almost didn't buy because I am so so so so tired of that type of psychologically manipulative marketing. It is insulting and off-putting, but I bought anyway. I can't believe someone that accomplished would allow his reputation to become so spammy, and that if he truly cared about people he would have his products at a more reasonable price so that more people could benefit. Dr Gundry - My fair review and opinion is address people with less manipulation, don't sell out your accomplished life and all you seemingly have done, trying to make more money on over-priced supplements. Pleasant tasting. Easy to use. Starting to notice clearer skin. Price point is a little high. Will continue to use and good possibility of ordering more.

The Primal Plants is too sweet with artificial sweetener. Trying to diminish my sweet tooth and it does not help.

Primal Plants seems a pleasant way of boosting health benefits and because i never liked the flavour of Heart Health i combine the two to give myself a double boost.

Have only been taking it for a month, my wife and myself both. We both have been feeling better only thing is that don't know if it's a side effect or not but both of us have been having looser bowl movements then before taking Primal Plants.

I have used Primal Plants for nearly 3 weeks now and have noticed an increase in energy. I haven't lost any weight, but that may take a little longer as I only need to lose about 15 lbs.

I am drinking this everyday. My energy has increased and my mind is sharper. It is a little sweet to my taste, but I just add more water Mahalo for a quality product that delivers!

I have been taking grass drinks with fruit, so I have added Primal Plants to those morning shakes. Somehow, it takes me so long to make and clean up after these shakes, and I keep wishing that they were in CAPSULE FORM to save me time and help me get where I am going. I hate to waste the lumpy powered remains after I shake up or stir a mix and drink it. So I try to get that part stirred up and drunk as well. I have missed every day this week, since last Friday, but somehow, I know my life and health would be better if I had taken the time.... It is now Tuesday night. I have to be in my car before Wednesday at 8:40 AM. I need to get up earlier and get BUSY! I have been taking grass drinks with fruit, so I have added Primal Plants to those morning shakes. I've noticed a little increase in energy, and that's with not taking it every day. I don't take anything bur water or tea or broth on the days I fast. If I took them on my fasting days, would it ruin the benefits of the fast? I look forward to the possibility of taking hem for often. Thx!

I cannot give too much information as we have only been using this for about 3 weeks. It seems that our skin has improved, my husband tends to have ruddy skin and I notice it is evening out. My skin seems to look better too. I give a 4 star because I am not sure, if we can increase evidence that it is this product making the difference it is a definite 5 star. The results from the primal plants are excellent and I will continue to purchase and use it. The taste however is very strong and pungent and I haven't quite worked out to dilute. That is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars.

I caught the worst cold I have had this year so we know it's not for helping that sinaro but I'm still taking it and in the long run it may be a pick me up. I will say it tastes good and mixes well with protein drinks. I'm not into placebos but suggestion does give rise to good results occasionally.

I do feel a moderately higher level of energy and my insomnia has improved slightly as well, but I've only been taking the product for a little over a week. I expect the effects will improve after I've been taking it over a longer period. My only complaint is the price.

I do like the green apple taste. However, I am now taking approximately 4 GundryMD supplements and it is difficult to separate the impact of one supplement from another. Overall, the combined effect is quite positive. I sleep better and have more energy. Although I can see where my rate of metabolism has increased, my weight has not really gone down, one of my personal goals. I am hopeful now with the GundryMD weight loss supplement. I just reordered a supply of Vita Reds and was given a small supply of Primal Plants as an incentive. I'm 72 and enjoy kayaking, motorcycling, and off-road atv'ing, along with boating and camping. I wasn't happy with my 72 year old energy level so I tried Vita Reds and they didn't seem to do much initially. I was contacted by Dr. Grundy's representative who encouraged me to not give up, to order more Vita Reds. He also said he would send Primal Plants with my order. I think the 2 products together just might be the "key to the door". I find I take fewer naps, so I sleep deeper. That in itself is a great step forward. I'm very fortunate to be naturally pretty healthy. I think Dr. Grundy is on to something and my increased energy is enough proof for me. Now if he could only come up with a fool proof way to regrow my hair. Christian Orman I just reordered a supply of Vita Reds and was given a small supply of Primal Plants as an incentive.
