Dr "G" is very professional, positive and for a patient's concern (such as mine)? He respects a patient who seeks a "healthy journey". On my recent Bone Marrow biopsy, Dr "G" walked me through the biopsy (yes, it hurt despite using Lidocaine while he performed the TEST). But his compassion helped me as he collected my bone marrow specimen after numbing the area! He walked me through collecting THANK YOU, Dr Steven "G"!

Dr. Gruenstein may be a good oncologist but he is condescending, does not like questions, and makes inappropriate comments (Are you wearing any underwear? Are you wearing a bra? Why do women ask so many questions when men don't?). Despicable behavior towards me, a cancer patient, receiving chemotherapy. Changed oncologists and would NEVER go back to Dr. Gruenstein.

Absolutely loved him. Listened to everything and reacted accordingly.

Dr Gruenstein is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I recommend him unequivocally.

No bedside manner. He refused to return any of my phone calls. Said he does not return calls. In office he was gruff and slightly inappropriate to me as a female patient. Hi medical knowledge seemed to be excellent. But I will not go back

I've never had a worse experience. His office is so incompetent that they were unable to figure out how to order a prescription through ExpressScripts over the course of two weeks before I finally got fed up and went to a different office.

Recently requested blood work results for a family member with dementia. After explaining that due to HIPAA results cannot be emailed (even though the person asking was an alternate HCP), the results were mailed to the patient's home. When we opened them, there were results for two other patients included in the packet. Wondering what should be the next step. while a good technician, and chemist, I could write many paragraphs on incidents of disrespect and lack of caring. While reading the brochure on concierge medicine, all I could wonder was Isn't this the type of thing doctors do regularly? I spent three hours and six calls attempting to set up an appointment with Dr. Gruenstein. His office is so incompetent it boggles the mind how they are still in business- and I never write reviews! They got the dates wrong, never sent paper work and shuffled us around to at least four different departments before disconnecting the phone for the sixth time. As someone who is a hospice counselor I cannot imagine having to deal with this level of inattention and gross disregard for people suffering from a potential deadly disease. Do better! Worst doctor ever. He was more worried about having us sign up for his concerige service rather than treatment. Call for 2 months straight and could not get a return call. One of the other doctors in the office finally call back and informed me that Dr. Gruenstein was on vacation. Went in for a follow up appointment hoping to get test results and his incompetent staff didn't show our appointment. Finally got to see the Dr and again he was focused on his concierge service rather than any results. So frustrating, finally walked out still with no results. Had to start process all over again with another doctor to finally get our results. Still reaching out to us a year later asking us to pay to join his concerige service. Would NEVER go to this quack again. If negative stars were available that is what I would rate this doctor and staff. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this doctor. Good luck. Worst doctor ever. A kind, compassionate physician--Dr. Steven Gruenstein performed a procedure on me in his office which was going to cause some discomfort. He told me precisely what I was likely to feel, how long that feeling was likely to last, and prepared me so sensitively and adeptly that I was completely relaxed and comfortable.
