Dr Steven and Carolyn came on our podcast and answered questions from our community and really shed some light on the whole process. Their transparency is refreshing. Very professional and informative. Thank you!!!

Sought treatment for a nerve issue that I was plagued with for years along with another common condition requiring extensive evaluation (read=thousands of dollars in costs) I did get relief, but experienced issues with the staff such as poor communication, missed nurse televisits and overcharges. I'd invested so much time and money, I opted to continue w/the office since my treatment required a neurologist to prescribe meds. Then suddenly, I'm told they are no longer filling prescribed medications that include any controlled substance. My PCP confirmed this is a dead giveaway for an office in which something inappropriate is going on...so now I'm being forced to start all over again, and spend thousands of dollars all over again to get re-evaluated, if I can even find another neurologist to take me as a patient due to the collapse of Crozer's Health system. Not needed for my treatment, but bear in mind that this is a "pain center" that won't prescribe pain meds? Not recommended!

From spinal injections and pain management to diet loss education and therapy, Dr. Grossinger and his staff have helped me gain much relief over 2 years. He runs a practice in 2 areas! As a disabled nurse, I deeply appreciate his service to our communities. If were to suggest any single thing for improvement... perhaps a 10 minute deep massage chair option after being seen?

My first visit to Dr Grossinger convinced me that I was in the right place. He spent a lot of time discussing my experiences with my pain and how it impacted my life. He was patient, compassionate and very knowledgeable. His diagnosis and treatment have been more accurate than 2 other doctors. He's awesome.

Doctor Steve is very compassionate, kind and gentle. He truly wants to alleviate your pain and get you back to you to being your 'old' self. The staff is absolutely amazing and such great people. They care for you and it shows. Kudos to Heather, Sean and especially Terry. ????

I have had two epidurals from this office. The Doctors and staff are Great keep you informed every step of the way. I didn’t want to do it but I have relief from the pain. Highly recommended.

Wonderful doctor

I had my first visit with Doctor Grossinger today. From the moment I stepped in the front desk staff was very courteous and polite. The medical assistant listened carefully to my issues. When Dr. Grossinger came in, he too, patiently listened to what I had to say and what my concerns were. He discussed a plan with me and put it into action right away. It is easy to see that this doctor really cares about his patients. I will be definitely going back and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Grossinger is very attentive. He is thorough and precise with his explanations. He is respectful of his patients time. He is respectful and kind. So is the staff in the office and on the phone. I am grateful that he is my doctor.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Grossinger and his staff at the moment. He's very patient and understanding. His staff upfront at the receptionist area are very courteous. His nurse Mary Ann is very professional and kind also. She really helped settle me with a pleasing conversation about the matter at hand.

Was a really pleasant visit made me feel comfortable the office is clean and nurses and doctor was friendly. Doctor Grossinger was willing to help me in any way that he could and I appreciate that

I didn’t see this dr but the reason I am writing this is because I was a potential patient who filled out the form on the website because I am in extreme pain in my lower back. I got a voicemail from someone named Shannon who I felt did not leave a very professional or empathetic voicemail. Anytime you start a conversation with first of all it’s offensive. As a new patient, I found Dr. Grossinger and his staff to be very attentive and helpful.

Terrible!!! Put me in a room with another patient. I am a male and the other person they put in same room with me was a female. The told female to take her pants off when I was in the room. They are very unprofessional there.

I have been using Dr. Grossinger for over 25 years. He has helped me many times with PAIN. He truly cares about his patients. He listens to all of my symptoms and then discusses the best possible treatment. After having meniscus surgery I was still in a lot of pain. Dr. Grossinger did a Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) procedure in my right knee. I can now easily use the stairs and I am able to play sports again with no pain. I would absolutely recommend Dr.. Grossinger. He is not only professional but compassionate and listens to his patients. He's been a true supporter of my situation. He has also has a great staff. In particular Heather at the front desk is so patient and has helped me with my administrative needs. Heather, the nurse practioner went above and beyond by working with my insurance company to help get the prescription I needed. It is rare to get both doctor and staff that are great.

Dr. Steve Grossinger always takes his time and listens intently to my needs. He has a gently calming way about him as he studies you as a whole. Then he will go over all your meds and ask how you are doing with the recent treatment and if any changes need to be made or any other course of treatment needed and offer it. Or just maintain status quo. He is a Thinker and looks at you as a whole person. I like that about him. The office workers work as a Team and assist the Dr, readily.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Steve to my family and friends. I have been seeing Dr. Steve since 2006 with back and neck problems from an auto accident. He takes the time to listen carefully to your problems and assist you in receiving the best care possible. Many times over the years I have been in terrible pain and needed an injection and he was always able to fit me in quickly. His office staff has always been extremely pleasant and they have always gotten back to me promptly.

My last "visit" was via telemedicne. No wait time and after a few minutes, felt as if I was in the building. Dr. Grossinger and his staff are great and very welcoming.

Another very satisfactory session with Dr Grossinger - listens to my needs, understands my needs and is very professional - would highly recommend his services.

Needed to see the Dr quickly. Called at 2:30.... saw the Dr at 3:00!

Dr. Grossinger is very through, listens to my concerns and comes up with a plan that works for to help me deal with my migraines. His staff have been very helpful and explain anything that I am not able to understand.

Having been sending my chiropractic patients to Dr. Steven Grossinger for the past 25+ years with nothing but positive reviews, he was the doctor for me when my own neck issues worsened several years ago. Dr. Grossinger discussed all options and ultimately he performed a cervical epidural injection. I was thrilled as I had much better results than I was even expecting. I continue to see Dr. Grossinger as needed in both the Wilmington DE location and the new office in Woodlyn PA and continue to refer my patients to him when my chiropractic treatments don't quite do the trick. In addition, my wife has also had amazing results with lower back injections from Dr. Grossinger.

I have been a patient with Dr. Steven Grossinger for years and at several offices. This new office is nice and mainstreamed . From setting up the appointment to the check in and consult process, it is a positive experience. Dealing with chronic and sometimes debilitating pain is bad enough and you want someone understanding and with whom you will find relief.. not more red tape and stress. All the staff and Dr. Steve are kind and exceptional.They work with different insurance providers and help you navigate new areas . Dr. Steve is up to date on new pain relief methodology . He is professional and knowledgeable. Dr Steve Grossinger is an amazing Dr he is a compassionate Dr with all of his patients... He is very Thorough and takes the time to listen and hear what is going on with the patient so he can get to the root of their problem and give a correct Diagnosis. I went to visit Dr. Steven Grossinger last week, having to drive through 2 hours of horrible traffic one way, but I would do it all over again to see this amazing doctor. He takes all the time you need to discuss anything that is bothering you. After a terrible fall I had a few years back, he is the sore doctor that worked every angle to help me regain my health. His bedside manner is amazing caring and that of a doctor I have never encountered before. I guarantee once you see Dr. Steve, you will not want to see any other doctor.

Dr Steve Grossinger is a very caring doctor.Dr Steve always listens to me when I have an appointment. If I email Dr Steve with a question or a problem he gets right back to me. I have been seeing Dr. Steve for about 15 years for chronic neck/back pain. He is always pleasant (even when I'm not). I highly recommend him because he is knowledgeable, courteous and actually listens when a patient talks. Lately, the DEA and state has been giving pain doctors a hard time. I was on meds for about 25 years and now cannot get what has been working for years. I don't blame Dr. Steve but those that tie his hands. Faithful but limited.

I would highly recommend Dr. Steve! He is very easy to talk to, gives you all the time you need, and really seems to understand and want to help you. I eventually received a series of injections in my neck that helped control concussion related head pain that I suffered with for more than a year. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

After years and years of dealing with multiple severe migraines a week and going through 4 other neurologists, Dr. Steve Grossinger found the answer to my prayers in just a few months. I now get only about 3 very minor migraines a month, and have my life back. He knew how to think outside the box. THANK YOU!!
