Found Dr. FARQUHAR for my husband, love him great ,his staff all are friendly, kind, helpful, wait time was good, clean office, great find, i would to use him but he doesn't take my insurance. WHAT A DIFFERENT 4YR MADE...NEVER CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT... IM TOLD BY STAFF "IF YOUR THAT SICK GO TO THE ER" I HAD A MAMMOGRAM DONE THE DR..FARQUHAR.. HAS NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME IT WAS CANCER... FOUND OUT FROM A LETTER FROM HOSPITAL..... WHEN I CALLED TO ASK THE GIRLS AT THE DESH HAD NO ANSWER AND THE DOCTOR..... STILL EVER CALLED ME. I can't get appoints when your sick. If you call& say I have fever throwing up. Been horrible sick all weekend STAFF SAIDS WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN 2WEEK. OR WELL IF YOUR THAT SICK GO TO THE ER. NOT EVERYONE INSURANCE COVER ER...I HAD A MAMMOGRAM. WAITED 1MONTH TO get A LETTER FROM THE HOSPITAL TELLING ME IT WAS BAD. IENDED UP WITH BREAST CANCER DR FARGUHAR...HAS NEVER CALL ME... HIS STAFF NEVER NOTICED ME.... I HAD TO MAKE MY OWN ARRANGEMENT TO GET BIOPSY... SAD......IS IT HI?? IS IT THE STAFF? DON'T KNOW CAN GET IN WHEN I NEED A DR....
My husband and I both see him. My husband did have to wait and get paperwork from his old dr before he would see him .But it all worked out by the time he had his appointment it went smoothly.
Happy to have a doctor that has mine and my husband's best interest at heart. He helped us with a medical problem during our COVID-19 isolation so we could avoid a trip to his office, urgent care, or the ER. It really meant a lot to us since we are older high risk patients.
I never heard of a doctor who wont even give me a face to face evaluation, makes me foward all my medical info to him then makes me wait till its been a while and i have to call them to find out he dont want to take me as a patient. After i already selected him as my primary. Not professional at all.
