Another dental genius at Berks Oral Surgery. I thought Dr. John was good, when he whipped a wisdom tooth out with one yank (told me I had good ligaments; what holds the teeth in the jaw). Dr. Fred went his brother one better, extracting tooth #1 by pushing it hard twice both ways, until he exclaimed "I think it's ready to come out." If the tooth wasn't mostly filling and decay, Dr. Fred could have removed it with his fingers! Dr Fallon has the Chaibittoni brothers both beat. Until he met my sweetheart of a wife, I was his favorite patient. I'm OK, but my wife is such a pleasant person, she has taken my place; I'm now #2. Dr. Fallon has two excellent assistants, Will and Brianna. Brianna has $1,000,000 natural lips, the envy of women everywhere, but wearing a hygienist's mask, Dr. Fallon never noticed! (I asked him.) Will gave me excellent advice following a front extraction & implant. It's one thing to read release notes, but Will's advice I remembered. Dr. Fallon spent 2 hours on that front tooth extraction & implant, being careful not to remove any bone so the implant could be placed without a graft (grafts need time to heal), so that front crown was placed within weeks instead of months. Thanks Dr. Fallon.

For all those with bad anxiety I decided to write this review. If your like me you need oral surgery and your frantically googling everything you can and getting no where but more anxious. First, I had 1 wisdom tooth removed top side of my mouth. I was assigned Dr. Fallon for my procedure. My god this man was amazing. First he was kind, he understood when I told him I was anxious, he talked to me before the surgery and reinforced he had something for my anxiety. Next he asked for an X-ray to determine exactly what he was working with. A nurse took my to a smaller room where I was standing for an X-ray. It literally only took like a minute. Next we went back to the room where Dr. Fallon told me his thoughts (I had two more impacted wisdom teeth that he gave me his honest opinion on). Next his staff had a few papers for me to sign and then we began. He inserted an IV in my arm while he talked to me about my employment. I’m 90% sure I freaked out at this moment but honestly I don’t believe I ever answered him as I was then asleep. I woke up in the same chair with 0 and I mean 0 pain. They walked me to the car with my driver and off I went. Literally start to finish about an hour and I was home. Today is day 1 after surgery I have no pain (I do take the ibuprofen every 6 hrs) I have no swelling and no bruising. I was tired all day yesterday and a bit dizzy but today that’s all gone. I wish I remembered any of the girls names that were in the room with me so I could name them. They were all professional all calming and seemed to generally care. Dr. Fallon I don’t have enough words for truly a master at what he does. A huge thank you to berks oral surgery for making a huge deal for me something very easy to get through. Stock up on jello i prefer the blue one, apple sauce is also great. If you have Dr. Fallon I can assure you, that your in good hands and you will do fine. Since Berks Oral Surgery was recommended for removal of our children's and my wife's third molars, I have been there a half dozen times. Fred Ciabattoni removed a flap of oral mucosa that had been biten inside my mouth; it never bothered me since. But the most amazing feat of dental legerdemain was when John Ciabattoni (they call them Dr Fred and Dr John) extracted tooth 17, commonly called a lower third molar. He reached inside my mouth and said "Let's see how this is.", then whipped his hand around his back. I said "Oh, it feels better already." He showed me the tooth and told me that I had good ligaments (the connective tissue that holds your tooth in place). That was it; I hardly felt a thing. Stephen Fallon is my current dental surgeon. He has done three extractions, two implants and an apicoectomy. (My whole extended family has few natural teeth left) I've seen doctor Fallon for consults as well and he always has the right answers. I still lose teeth occasionally, but at least there is now a permanent solution. My reconstructive dentist is great, but there is a point where she asks me if I want to make an appointment with Berks Oral Surgery. Update: The week before Thanksgiving I lost a crown and post on tooth 15. Our reconstructive dentist looked at it and I was scheduled to see Dr. Fallon the following Wednesday when he is ordinarily in our area; the day before turkey day. Aside from the 10 minute wait for the local to take effect, I was in the office about 10 minutes. One crack to separate the roots and I felt him draw one side out then the other (two roots). This is an upper tooth half way in the back! You might think something that easy could be done by anyone, but just the opposite is true. Dr. Fallon's experience and skill is what made it go so quickly. With no 'fooling around' I had almost no discomfort on Thanksgiving day, and no swelling, and will very likely not have any discoloration. I had candied sweets, mashed potatoes, soft filling with gravy, cranberries and 'uncle' Richards turkey that almost falls off the bones. I've seen Dr. Fallon for 15 years: two implants, two extractions. He has quickly become my reconstructive dentist;s recommended surgeon for implants and extractions. This month my wife needed an implant and I recommended Dr. Fallon and also recommended she remain awake. She came home with no swelling and said "I can 't believe how quick it was." I told her she would hardly notice the Lidocaine after it wore off; she didn't. An extraction in 5 minutes probably keeps side effects to a minimum.
