I have had two spine related surgeries with Dr. Erickson. Both had great results. And I was treated as a patient not just a number. Dr. Erickson and team I would recommend for your spine related surgeries.

Had to wait an hour and 50 minutes before I got to see the doctor.

Everyone was great today when I saw Dr. Erickson in Ryan

I wish that I had gone for my first surgery!!

I am very happy with my experience with Dr Erickson and the clinic. I would only say that the wait was too long on the last visit - I got there 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time at 10:30 and waited until 11:15 before I was called to start my appointment.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ericksen recently, and I appreciate his professionalism and caring about what the possibility was for my recurring issues I've been having. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs a doctor who cares about his patients and willingness to help them.

Two times now I have had Dr. Ericksen do surgery on my low back with amazing results. I have seen a LOT of surgeons over my 72 years, and only TWO stand out as being TOP NOTCH, and Dr. Steven Ericksen is one of them. he is very human, never comes off as (better then you). This last surgery was BIG, as I had a 1ton Truck fall on my back. Before surgery Dr. Ericksen sat done with me and went over ALL the possible negatives that could rear their ugly heads from doing the surgery, and he made sure I understood the risks. If you are looking for a TOP of the line back surgeon, you need look no farther then Steven T. Ericksen. I would trust him to do surgery on me any time. He's having a hard time finding my pain. But it hurts and sometimes too the point of tears. But had not given me anything for the pain.

Very thorough in explaining what was going on.

Dr. Ericksen is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He has completed two separate vertebrae disectomies and fusions on my C-5, C-6, C-7 and T-1 vertebraes. I have trusted him with my life and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic care. If I have anything done to my spine, Dr. Ericksen will be the surgeon. Thank you.

Very disappointed with his attitude and demeanor during an office visit in Garden City, KS on 4/08/2022 after reading many positive reviews. We have a differing opinion on my situation which is fine but he was downright hateful and dismissive from the second he walked into the room.

Dr. Erickson discussed my treatment cost, instead of just mailing me a bill. That’s very important, when you’re a self paying patient.

Make you feel very comfortable and cared for. Besides being very professional. Explains detail of pros and cons of surgery very well and easy to understand. Will recommend.

Dr E’s PA took the time I needed to ask my questions, and felt like he gave me good answers. Very pleased.

To be honest I don't care for Dr Erikson. But his PA is the bomb. He was concerned, empathetic and responsive.

11 months post laminectomy. Life changing and easy peasy. In and out of the hospital the same day. And I felt absolutely comfortable with that. Very very grateful.

Both mine and husbands issues were handled by Dr Erickson’s PA. Did not see Dr Erickson. Love his PA

Dr. Ericksen has taken care of for the last five years. He inherited an ongoing spinal issue and has me for the most part feeling better than I have in 46 years. He pays attention to my complaints and reassures me when I let my confidence down. He is professional, caring and considerate of my needs.

Dr. Ericksen and APN Ryan Prebble answered all of our questions before and after my surgery. I felt very comfortable under their care. They made me feel like I was their only patient and took the time to explain everything so that I could understand what was going to happen. I would recommend them to anyone needing their help.

My back had started to hurt to the point I could not sit or stand. I went to see Dr Erickson. He explained why I was having the pain and what needed to be done to fix it. The entire group at his offices made me feel healed and their caring ness.

Good care, wonderful staff.

Very thorough. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Explained the surgical process in detail. He did not sugar coat anything, yet still had a great bedside manner.

Definitely. Dr Ericksen takes the time to discuss and answer questions.

Not Pleased, Dr. didn't appear / Only got to talk to his assistant / as usual got a pain pill prescription. My take away, they had overbooked and could not listen to my needs after me waiting 3 weeks to get in for back& knee pain help. I still hurt and really folks pain pills are not eveybody's solution.

very friendly

Dr. Ericksen is great. He took my concerns seriously from our first appointment and always ensures all of my questions are answered. He did a great job surgically correcting my spinal deformity and visited me everyday while I was in the hospital after surgery. His NP Ryan is great too. He went out of his way to stop in while I was there for my last appointment to see how I was doing.

He was really quick to down play my extremely painful issues. I'm sure he sees a lot of people trying to get drugs. I'm not one of them. I hopeing that after he sees my MRI he will take me more seriously. I will never take narcotics again. I want the next doctor that puts hardware on my spine to be sincere, and highly skilled.. I highly recommend Dr.Erickson he fixed what another surgeon had done to me and old surgeon said nothing was wrong after a second MRI after that person did surgery second MRI definitely showed something was clearly wrong first surgeon caused my vertebrae to collapse

I’ve been dealing with Dr Ericksen for several years now he’s such a wonderful caring doctor that takes time to explain things to you that you don’t understand and he’s a great Surgeon.

I have always received great care! They take the time to listen to your concerns and needs, and make sure they find the best solution possible. I highly recommend taking the time to visit this office, I am truly glad I gave them a chance. Great customer service And Care Always!!

Dr.Erickson has been a great Dr. for my back . He doesn't talk a whole lot but if you ask questions he is very thorough answering an explaining what's going on an will show you the problem on your x rays or MRI an explain the problem an what needs to be done. The staff is very good too.

Both East office and west office are great places also the staff is incredible! Dr. Erickson is an amazing surgeon! His staff is incredible after 6 back surgeries in 3 years including contracting staph my first surgery from my old surgeon, Dr. Erickson is by far the best!

Dr. Erickson was very nice, attentive, took plenty of time to look at my MRI and X-rays. Explained to me and my granddaughter what he suspected was the source of my pain and has scheduled me for an injection. I have been in constant pain for over a year and I now have a reason to hope I might get some relief.

I'd recommend these folks to anyone! Dr. Ericksen has been taking care of me for 8 yrs now, and he listens to me when I've got questions...he explains things so I can understand him. Thank you doc! I've been pain free & fully recovered 4mo. after my last surgery! I'm very happy!

Dr. Erickson was very informative and always strives to do everything he can to fix the issue. He has a great heart and truly cares about his patients. I am so glad I found him and decided to give him a chance. He’s always provided excellent care to me and taken the time to talk to me about exactly what is going on with my back, good or bad. I went 2 years in terrible pain before I decided to give surgery another chance and found Dr. Erickson who was willing to try whatever he could to correct my pain. I’ve not been very happy with Dr. Ericksen’s bedside manner. I’ve had 2 surgeries there. The first time around he was great. It seems like he has more on his plate right now. However, there should still be respect for your patience.

As a new patient, being sent to him through work comp, I found it unconscionable the doctor had not even read the prior medical records. He had know idea why I had been referred to him. Made repeated mistakes when speaking about my injuries. When I began to ask questions at the second visit he stated, "I don't believe you want help and I am terminating this doctor/patient relationship as of today." He turned and opened the door stepped out and said, "You may leave my office." I wouldn't let this man near my back.

Wonderful. Explained so I could understand. Have hope that I can be helped.
