Does his best to help with all problems

Very short wait time from start to finish. Asks questions and gives answers in a way that can be understood, very polite and professional. In my 66 years, Dr. Douglas is the best I have ever seen.

3 month checkup

Steven is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He won’t stop until he knows you’re ok. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Douglas is very professiinal, knowledgeable, courteous and happy. He always answers all the questions that I have and reassures me that he fully understands my concerns. Dr. Douglas spends time with me so I never feel like I am a number instead of a person and I never feel like my visit is being rushed through. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The nurse that does the vital signs was very courteous and professiinal. And the lab tech was friendly, very professiinal and drew blood on the first stick. My visit to Dr. Douglas's office was easy, unstressful and a good experience. I have recommended Dr. Douglas to several of our friends and would recommend Dr. Douglas to anyone looking for a good local physician.

Just a quick visit for expired prescription. All went well- only issue I have is your answering/scheduling in the Sikeston office. When I dial 649-xxxx I want to speak with someone there…. Not someone 20 miles away that transfers the call.

Visit has no complaints, but trying to schedule a visit is ALWAYS awful. I dread calling that line every time.

Very knowledgeable and holistic physician. Compassionately communicates explanations of the changes in my health. Offers plans to help improve my condition. So very grateful he is my physician.

Great doctor went to him as a child and loved him. I would highly recommend him.

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Douglas today. The visit was very thorough. Labs were taken, and the physical exam was completed. Vaccinations were in order, so I had those updated. Also, referrals for a cardiologist and podiatrist were made on my behalf. The My Chart system was explained as well. The staff was friendly and the wait time was not long.

Dr. Douglas is fantastic, he is knowledgeable, personable and shows great concern for patient wellness and comfort if I could give 6 stars I would.

Love Dr Douglas and staff. I’ve had a lot of problems with Dr ‘s that have No Concern with how I feel. Most have no personality and talk like how someone wants them to, like their boss. Love Dr and his staff.
