Dr. Steven Victor Donia

I was a current patient of Dr. Donia, a wonderful person to know. Firstly, upon an emergency visit to the office I encountered, he has retired. Secondly, the 4 in 1 implant procedure I was fortunate enough to get has failed me under a year and a half in. Thirdly, the office has charged me for the repair needed. It’s obvious that it’s no fault of mine. Dr. Donia would not have made a poor judgment call, to charge me for a tooth that has come apart from the rear gum line in less than a year and two months is absurd. I’m saddened because management has deemed it necessary to charge me before the lab has even seen what repair is required. The tooth isn’t cracked, it has literally pulled away from the gum line. Lastly, a fault of mine would be a crack over the tooth (I wouldn’t expect to incur for many, many years). I’ve paid $25,000, it seems the new management wants more. ????‍♀️ Nonetheless, I’m appalled but, I’m in desperate need of this repair. Perhaps, once the lab has had a chance to see exactly what and the location of the damage, I may be refunded (it wasn’t cheap by far). I will give an update once the repair has been done. Also, I truly hope they do the repair of my tooth in a classy manner.
