I met Dr. Degalan at kaiser back in 1987. I was a young kid back then, that kept getting sinus infections, no one could clear up. I saw him and was so impressed with how he went over my record, asked questions, and found an antibiotic no one tried. It worked!! From then on he was my Doctor, then he left Kaiser to head back to school to be a Cardiologist. I went form Doctor to Doctor, but no one came even close to him. In 2005 I found him here in Hayward. And could not be happier.
