Copenhaver is the best he takes great care of my daughter Myrracle ‼️

Treated my grandson like family and listened to his mother like he knew her already. He is precious

Such a wonderful doctor! My daughter is now 13 and we have seen him and his colleagues over the years. He speaks to her with such respect and adjusts what he says to her understanding. I am so thankful for doctors like him!

Dr. Copenhaver is wonderful. However, his front desk staff needs a crash course on how to be a medical assistant and how to schedule an appointment, to make sure that they take the insurance they SAY on the phone they take. I went all the way up to the office for an appointment that was scheduled 4 weeks ago over the phone with an M.A. who, when I asked, said yes they DO take my insurance...she scheduled the appointment and even called to remind me of the appointment and to bring the insurance card. I get to my appointment and hand the insurance card to the M.A. at the front desk and she says "Ma'am unfortunately we don't accept your insurance." I explained the whole thing to her and she said with an ATTITUDE " We haven't taken (my insurance company) alllllll year sooo..." I asked her to find out who scheduled the appointment so I could report to the office Manager about the situation....This girl had the audacity to look me in the eye and say she doesn't know and has no way of finding out in her system. Ok. Stop there. I am a nurse and I KNOW with almost EVERY EMR system there is a way to track WHO scheduled the appointment. Period point blank. She lied to me WITH attitude. She went on to say she even called me this morning ( day of appt) to ask me if I was going to be self pay....However, she called my cell and it came up PRIVATE caller so i let it go to voicemail. SHE DID NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL! So i left work early, picked my child up from school early and drove an hour to the appointment FOR NO REASON. Next time work on your communication. I am in the medical field. I DO my job to a T! Always leave a voicemail. Always verify and reiterate what the patient asked on the phone or said. Especially when they have been a SELF PAY patient all year and asked about new insurance. So many wrongs with the front desk staff and how this was handled today at Medical City. The doctor however, Dr.Copenhaver, he's WONDERFUL. My son was scared at our first appointment and afterwards he was so relieved. The doctor is great. Hire new staff. Dr. Copenhaver is wonderful. We came today for the first time. All the staff are so kind and caring. The doctor is so wonderful. This is a great place.

Greeeat doctor. I’m sad that he is just a pediatrician now. Now that I’m grown I need to see him because he has so much knowledge and patience. I’m a recent SJS survivor and he has helped me and my family tremendously. However, now I see that he is back at Medical City (the hospital that almost took my life) but overall he is a great doctor. The best! He really listens to what the parent has to say! He doesn’t just right orders and send you on your way ! Great doctor! I recommend him times 10! My kid has had countless doctors ! And he is my number one favorite to see!

Excellent Dr.

Dr. Copenhaver connects so well with the patients. He takes his time and listens. He answers all our questions and we don't feel rushed. This is my son's favorite doctor. He always makes him laugh which makes a visit to the doctor a better situation for any child.

Dr Copenhaver and his staff Jan Jorge was been carrying for my grandson since birth. He was a 1 lb baby born with lung problems. He is now 14 and lives a normal life with the help and guidance they give. I highly recommend Dr Copenhaver and his associates.

Dr. Copenhaver is amazing. Awesome bedside manner. He takes time to go over prescriptions one by one. Gives you lots of information and eases any concerns you may have. He was great with my grandaughter. I highly recommend this doctor. Very kind medical staff.
