This is NOT a Drs. office.....it is an Urgent Care in Clinic!Had a 0:830 appt.scheduled and the office called at 8:00 saying nobody in today we need to re-schedule. Re-scheduled for a 1pm appt. and did not see the doc until 3pm....and this was ONLY for re-fills on my BP meds....Left my house in Palm Desert at 12:30 and did not return until 4pm This has ALWAYS been my experience and my LAST time because I am done with the insane waiting times and VERY poor attitude & quality. Go elsewhere !
