Dr Brockman is an AMAZING dr. He is very patient and compassionate with me. He ALWAYS asks me if there is anything I need to discuss with him and if I do then he listens and he will explain to me, never in a hurry to push me out the door like I'm a nobody. I have always been treated with the upmost respect from dr Brockman and the staff. I have M.S. and deal with chronic pain but I don't go in there seeking out high mg pain meds, I ask for the lowest dose because I know I am going to get worse in the future and might need a little more later. So to all you that have anything bad to say...shame on you, because there is nothing wrong with with this dr, you might want to take a look in the mirror and do a little soul searching because he would never make you go without your meds. My wife went to this so called “pain specialist” and let me tell you this man is a complete lunatic. He accuses patients of doing things they don’t do, he completely strays from the treatment plan once discussed during the first office visit. If you don’t do things his exact way or disagree with him in anyway he will be quick to discharge you and ruin your reputation with any previous doctors you have seen recently. My wife had to find all new doctors because she disagreed with him and told him she wouldn’t be coming back to his clinic and that she’d like to end their pain contract agreement he flipped out on her and called any of her previous doctors sent letters to them lying on my wife stating that she was untreatable addict. My wife would never run out of her medicine early nor did she ever ask for more than he provided. He would always miscalculate her days supply sometimes she’d have to go one week without any medication because he stated it wasn’t due when the pharmacist was telling him it was overdue. It’s pretty clear Dr brockman has a serious god complex and thinks he can violate patients rights and get away with it. I specifically contacted the medical about his behavior and the person who took our report stated that in the last 6 months of 2018 there has been over 15 patients to file complaints against him and they were launching a full investigation on him. He’s already been introuble with the police having his practice shutdown over a month and restraining order put against him due to his violent outbursts at other employees he worked with. Just google his name you will see all the negative things about this so called doctor. I have not found one good review on him anywhere. If you’re a chronic pain patient in need of pain care do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY from this practice have your referring doctor send you anywhere else than here. He will ruin your reputation if you don’t give in to him or threaten to leave his practice. I suppose he has a psychological Issue and can’t take rejection but this is no excuse for his behavior he is a danger to patients and a danger to the community! Dr. Brockman is very compassionate and understanding. Dealing with Terminal Cancer my life is pretty all over the place and he works with me in every way a caring doctor would. He makes sure I understand everything and ALWAYS asks if I have any questions. The receptionist has a tolerance of steel dealing with me forgetting everything (lol) she is absolutely amazing and his Nurse is extremely caring and even on my bad days she puts a smile on my face. They are very professional,clean and fast. I have never sat there more than 10 to 15 minutes the year I have been going to see Dr. Brockmans team. In the 6 years I have been going through this mess I have seen many doctors and it feels like a cattle line with 0 compassion and even doctors and their team who never cared enough to learn my name or diagnosis without looking at my file but with Carolina pain care I am made to feel like a patient and an actual human being not a folder with a name on it. My loved one was a patient of his and he completely black balled my loved one to their other doctors after my loved one told him she’d no longer be attending his practice. Stay away from this man he’s had multiple restraining orders put on him. Not to mention he’s been closed down twice!
