If I could pick 0 stars I would. I have always had an excellent time at dr.blacks office with phenomenal staff, but returning a few years later to get my back wire glued I was told by my assistant Malerie it would be free of cost. I left the building thinking what a great experience! That’s when Cristina chased me out to my car and told me I need to pay $100. Confused, but still a trusting customer at this point I handed her it in cash. She wouldn’t accept cash. She asked to try my debit and credit card and made snobby remarks when each declined. She then told me to go deposit the cash right away and call in to pay. Because of this I missed my second appointment and had to pay a cancellation fee. I believe all the miscommunication was on their end, very unprofessional and rude. Dr. Black could use some new employees or he should compensate his loyal customers. If I could pick 0 stars I would.
