This office has made several errors in regards to my tests and appointments. I have even been given erroneous medical advice from their staff. I have never felt less important to a business or a doctor in my life. I have to do my own research and recommend what I think should be done. Doctors (especially when treating cancer, should NOT be using language like "maybe we could do ..." Or "I guess we could do this test..." I tried to switch doctors, but there seems to be a fine "white line" as there are doctors at NM that are taking new patients, but they won't take transfers?? I assume this is to protect this failing office from going completely under. Stay away!! Go ANYWHERE else for an endocrinologist...anywhere! Dr.Bielski is very kind and knows how to care for his patients, he listens well.

Very kind doctor. Takes the time to talk to you. Very experienced and knows his stuff.

I would not see this doctor if you have adrenal insufficiency. Against treatment guidelines set forth by every major medical institution, he refused to prescribe an emergency injection, didn't counsel me about the signs of impending crisis, didn't counsel me to wear an emergency medical ID and was extremely rude to boot. If I could give zero stars I would. That is the kind of negligent care that can cost someone their life. I would not see this doctor if you have adrenal insufficiency. I have been seeing Dr. Bielski for a few years and him and his staff are fantastic. if you are on a 1,000 calorie diet, I can understand why you are lethargic and you're losing your hair.

My experience was extremely poor. The follow up appointments were unhelpful and extra testing was unnecessary. I felt as though they were just looking at me just to make money. I just finished paying them off after 8 months from my last visit. I would not recommend anyone to go to them. If you are looking for a doctor for thyroid cancer make the trip to the city you will get better more advanced care!

Office staff is incredibly RUDE and APATHETIC to all patients. Bielski will spend 5-10 minutes with you, if you're lucky enough to get that much time from him. As a Hashimoto's Disease patient; I expect my physician to be more concerned with my overall Thyroid testing, and any hormonal issues I might have as an over 50 yr. old female who has no energy, continues to gain weight on a 1000 calorie diet, and who's hair is falling out by the handfuls. These cannot be addressed with a 5-10 minute apkpointment. Office staff is incredibly RUDE and APATHETIC to all patients. Where should I start. The staff and rooming person are rude, unprofessional and taint amount to bullying. Having labs done ftom a person that is inexperienced sucks being stuck 2, 3 times.Trying to get lab results are on the level of harrasment, no comprehensive qualities. The doctor is old and out of touch with common thyroid issues. He rambles on and on and hand's out printouts to a educated patient. Appointments are like pulling teeth. Childish behavior & non professional. Good luck

Worst doctor ever. It took two months to get through all of his testing. Never received results. Was told that they have to call emergency cases first and they get hundreds of results a day. My normal outcome on a test meant I needed surgery. Did not get results until I sat in the waiting room until someone would help me. Still have not received my medical records to be sent to surgeon after 3.5 weeks.
