Dr Berry is always very personable and spends the time to make sure my concerns are addressed.

I’ve seen Dr Berry twice now, and usually see Dr Seamons. I love both of them and I recommend them! Dr Berry is professional and cares about how you are feeling. He will explain things until you understand them and also recommend whatever he feels is best for you specifically.

Doctor Berry is knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful about my medical care. He isn’t too pushy or too soft on the importance of what needs to be done, and lets me decide how to move forward on those issues. I’m glad I found Dr Berry as my primary care physician.

Dr. Berry was my OBGYN during my first pregnancy and was very supportive and understanding of all my questions and concerns. He checked in on me at the hospital when my twins came early and has always prioritized my whole health. He does a great job of listening and understanding before he gives options. I have kept him as my gp because I trust that he will give helpful information and encouragement.

We love this office, Dr. Berry, and Todd! We have been going to this office for years. They really catered to me and my family’s needs the last few weeks. I needed an order for some time sensitive blood work and the nurse helped me immediately and made it all work out. And then they fit one of my sick kids in with another one of my kid’s appointments to save me time and stress! I was very appreciative both times!

My first appointment went better than I could have dreamed. I was apprehensive about starting with a new doctor. However, Steven Berry, MD was phenomenal (as was his front staff and all medical professionals I encountered). The cute cottage-like office was warm, welcoming and most relaxing for me during my short wait. Dr Berry was thorough in taking my history, and discussing my conditions and medications. He was also was very attentive and agreeable when I mentioned what I'd like to do for my health going forward.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Dr. Berry. He is exceptionally kind, willing to take plenty of time to talk with us, and sets everyone at ease with his humor while providing excellent care. I’m happy we found such a great doctor!

Dr. Berry took the necessary time to see me as a whole person! Dr. Berry diagnosed my illness that stumped numerous other doctors and specialists for over 63 years! I've endured 60 surgeries, countless hospitalizations, and suffered while doctors and specialist simply shrugged their shoulders unable to provide me reasons for my suffering. I always known there HAD to be an answer. Dr. Berry was the hero providing me answers and a diagnoses. I will never be able to fully express my deep gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Berry. I am so thankful for his skills and abilities to see the big picture . Dr. Berry is an amazing and caring doctor that our community is SO lucky to have available to help patients!

The only doctor I've come across in the area who is both knowledgeable and sympathetic about EDS. Dr. Berry is compassionate, kind, and up to date on relevant health information and is willing to put in the leg work to get you referrals to specialists and access to the care you need. Professional, kind, and timely!

Office is way too busy. I only went once and waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. My wife decided to stick it out and has had several visits all with a similar wait time or longer. Where to begin… my last 2 visits with the new PA or NP (not Todd-love him) we’re terrible and then I get to this appointment with Dr Berry, only to wait a hour and a half for lab results that were normal. I’ve been with him for years and this is the norm. Long waits and visits that could be communicated over the phone ????

I’ve never had a more compassionate, understanding and present health care provider. I love that I’m looked at as a whole person. Can’t recommend Dr. Berry enough! He’s overseen my whole family’s medical care for about six years. He’s taken me through one successful pregnancy and unmedicated childbirth, cared for (and I truly mean cared for) me and my husband when we found out in his office I lost a baby at 16 weeks and is now helping me through a twin pregnancy. He ALWAYS has a nurse present in the room for all exams. I’ve never felt rushed in my appointments, all questions are okay and my decisions are respected. I try to do what I can in a preventative way and I like how Dr Berry supports my low carb way of eating. I feel that Dr Berry cares about what I say and really listens to how I’m feeling and treats me as a partner in regards to my health. I also appreciate the time he gives me and feeling like he trusts what I say. I’m so happy to have found a great doctor!

I went to see Dr. Berry as a new patient and had the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. He spent the majority of the time telling me that the only way for me to get better is for me to strengthen my relationship with Jesus Christ. He also told me that I can’t let my fears prevent god’s children from coming to the earth (referring to the decision of when to have children). It felt incredibly inappropriate and I was crying for the majority of the visit. He also rubbed my knees and thighs multiple times and tugged on my ear lobes (outside of assessment). I imagine he was doing this to try to comfort me but it was really just uncomfortable. Afterwards we called Revere Health to submit a formal complaint to which the representative on the line said “oh that’s just how he is” and “he’s just trying to build confidence in women.” Nothing about that visit was confidence building and I am disappointed that I was given excuses to inappropriate behavior from a medical professional. Worst doctors, service, office. I went in because of a very heavy pain on my ribs, they sent me to the hospital to get an X-ray and an ultrasound, I went to the hospital and there was no order, I came back the next day and still NO order even tho I called the office before going, next day I went again, I had to take time off work, I called the office ahead and they told me everything was good for me to get my exams. For my surprise I get there and NO order AGAIN!! Is ridiculous, it’s been 4 days now and I have to wait 2 more days for Monday and find another doctor! Dr. Berry is awesome at listening and really wants to help. I’ve been to too many doctors in the last two years who have just brushed off my concerns, but Dr. Berry never did. Highly recommend him!

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr Berry and his staff and his office procedures. He gave me the help l came to him seeking and I am now on a path to better health. I am grateful he is able and willing to be my doctor. I wish there were more doctors like him to choose from. Then the few there are wouldn’t be over busy and often unavailable. Super dope team. Not awkward, really kind, genuinely helped me out. Only problem is that my appointment was at 11:15, and they saw me at 12. But by the time they did show up, it was a super good experience.

I did have to wait up to an hour to see him each time because he is so popular but it was still worth it. However he started to focus on the 5-10% that could go wrong with this last pregnancy over the last 3 visits for my third pregnancy with him (I was older, 39 yrs old, and had one delivery with placental hemorrhaging issues). I needed a little more positivity, moral support, encouragement and security before delivering this baby naturally. I also wanted to deliver closer to my home so I switched to a different provider.
