Horrible experience! In 39 years I’ve never taken the time to write a negative review, however, this experience needs to be shared. I had an appt for a new patient physical. The day before the appt I developed a horrible rash on my arms and legs causing extreme discomfort. The day of my appt, there was a car accident causing a detour that made me 18 minutes late. When I checked in, the receptionist said “you’re late” and glared at me. She checked with the dr, who refused to see me because I was too late. She suggested I come back after the weekend. I was in too much pain to wait until Monday! I asked if I could see the other dr, and they told me no. The reception refused to look at me, but kept repeating the fact that there was nothing they could do. The waiting room was completely EMPTY! I told them I would wait, even though I was there with three small children. They refused to acknowledge me. I asked the rudest of the receptionists to make eye contact and she proceeded to treat me with patronizing indignity bc, as she described, I was “not their patient.” (Yet.) I never will be after that appt and think twice before you consider it as well. Horrible experience!
