I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth and one of my 2nd molars extracted. From the time I walk into the door until the time they put me in my wife’s car I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. They were very informative about everything the were doing and discussed potential things that could arise as I was asleep. Procedure went as discussed and I’m home resti g for the next couple of days. Would recommend them to anyone for any tooth extraction!!

Got my wisdom teeth out. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time til I fell asleep. Friendly and sociable staff. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work done

My daughter was BEYOND happy with her wisdom teeth extraction at Dr. Shufflebarger's office. She has REPEATEDLY told me how extremely nice and caring they were to her and how quick and efficient the process was. To me, that was a relief because I kind of went into this not really knowing anything about Dr. Shufflebarger other than what I read on the website. I have to admit that I was nervous never had met anyone in the office or that was going to be working with my daughter, but hearing her rave about how well she was cared for and how smooth their process went, really made me feel better about choosing Dr. Steve Shufflebarger and his staff.

My experience here wasn't very nice. I got my wisdom teeth out here and it felt like they wanted to be modern and high tech, but it kind of went too far. Most of my communication with them was over email or text so it felt really impersonal. There was a lot of "text this number when you get here and we will send someone out," but then they would not send a person and we would have to just go in anyways. When I got there to get my wisdom teeth out, the waiting room was dark and felt very cold (not temperature wise.) I just really did not feel welcomed. The ladies working the front desk greeted us and helped us out, but they seemed really unhappy to do so and made me feel like I was bothering them for being there. When I went back to my room, I wasn't really talked to almost at all except introductions and "do you have any new health issues?" There was a nurse there who was part time and she was the only person there who made me feel welcomed at all. The entire building is just unpleasant to be in because it's dark and honestly kind of feels like a stereotypical bad guy's office where everything is angular and dark. I wish I had good things to say but I really don't.

I had a wisdom tooth come through wrong that caused swelling/discomfort so it needed pulled. The staff and Dr. Steve were very nice, explained things well, and fast. They also made sure I was completely numb... for over 4 hours, and the extraction itself took under 1 minute.

Dr. Shufflebarger and his team are AMAZING! My husband was diagnosed with an Ameloblastoma jaw tumor. This is a benign non-cancerous, aggressive tumor that had unknowingly been growing for over a year. By the time we got to Dr. Shufflebarger, the tumor roots had already began to spread through my husbands mouth. We had never heard of anything like this and were extremely concerned.... That's where it ended. This doctor explained the situation and how to best handle it with extreme detail and confidence while also being honest about what we had in front of us. The surgery ended up taking 2 1/2 hours and the staff held our hands from the time of arrival and then with periodic updates throughout the procedure. My husband had the expected pain from such a surgery but no real bleeding and the surgery area where the actual tumor had been removed looked amazing.... his jaw honestly looked like nothing was every wrong with it! The next morning the office called to check on him and offer more advice. Ashley was my point of contact and we able to communicate by text and phone. Megan was there to guide me through everything the day of his procedure. Thank you ladies so much! We are eternally grateful to the talented Dr. Shufflebarger and his exceptional team for taking excellent care of my husband and myself (as his support person) throughout this ordeal.

What an efficient office with kind staff!! . Great experience. Quick surgery. Recovery is the most annoying part but I had No complications. I would recommend him to anyone! DR and his staff were patient and took time to answer my many questions.

Took the last of 4 kids here last week for wisdom teeth removal. All four times the office team has been amazing. They provided enough reminders and information on payment, insurance, what to do upon arrival, pick up and in between , and sent several text and email reminders there was no way I had any doubt about what to do . They followed up on all the kids after treatment . Very happy with Dr Shufflebarger’s office .

My teenage son had his wisdom teeth removed, and I don’t believe the process could have gone smoother from beginning to end. Incredibly quick assistance with insurance approval and scheduling. My son typically struggles with anxiety related to medical procedures and says he felt comfortable and well cared for during his time in the office. Grateful!

I got there it was so fancy looking and the the injections happens that is the worst part. Then after a man comes in wiggles your tooth out so perfectly it couldn't be more that 15 seconds then , boom tooth gone. I was shocked. I would recommend.

This dentist is amazing! Staff is always pleasant, and accommodating and love the office theme!!! Dr is great also!!! Very nice and courteous and honest. Does great work! I had implants done and he's made me feel awesome 100%!!! It's a long process for implants but this dentist knew just how to make this process easy. Would recommend him and dr dodd over anyone!! And i don't do well with dentists but this guy is just amazing.

Very great people, very calming and relaxing inside, I was even offered a blanket which truly made me happy. I almost asked to bring one. Also everything went very smooth, directions were given very well to understand. All the pros and cons were given upfront by two different people. To make sure I understood every step and detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist than Steve and his assistance, his assistant, add himself, also helped me make a future choose for my children, to prevent them from going through what I had to. Thank you all so much for being so kind, so understanding, and so helpful in The process. I have followed all directions that were given and the swelling and pain has been very manageable. Probably the best experience I’ve had at any dental facility. I’m petrified of dentists normally. They were calm, on-time, precise, and Dr Shufflebarger wastes no time getting the job done right. So pleased with the experience and certainly will be recommending to all friends, family, and colleagues.

I brought my boyfriend in for his wisdom teeth removal and was not allowed to wait in the waiting area or be included in the consultation before hand. While in the office the employees were using profanity and complaining to my boyfriend about me being in the waiting area filling paperwork out. I was told his surgery would take an hour and after an hour and 45 minutes I had to go in and ask the status and they told me they were going to bring him out to the car. When he got to the car they told me everything was fine and did not give me any details about the surgery, despite me being his care provider. After coming out of his anesthesia he told me he got stuck 5 times for his IV, he is young with great veins, that they told him his roots were around his trigeminal nerve and that there may be extra swelling, grateful he was able to remember. I feel this is something you tell the caregiver so that when the patients left side of his face doesn't move for 2 days there is no alarm.

Worth the wait! It was a bit of a wait for me, personally, to get ahold of the office and then have them call me back for scheduling. But it was so worth it, I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else. Procedure was quick and I wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought I would be (4 wisdom tooth removed). It’s only been 8 hours but so far so good! Would 1000% recommend them. Worth the wait! Dr shufflebarger got me in quickly after being referred to him for infected wisdom teeth he got me in within 4 days of my referral and was very prompt with getting things done with no problems

I will be honest I was a bit hesitant at first after I read the reviews . Specially because my son was only 6 1/2 year old . I requested for them to give him the “Juice” which helps him to calm down since I couldn’t be inside with him I didn’t know how he would react to them trying to put an IV . So everything went very well . He actually didn’t even need the juice because they made him feel comfortable enough . Procedure was done and he was able to go home within 2 hours . His bleeding was minimal to no bleeding after we got home . He was prescribed medicine for pain. We also got a call to check to make sure he was doing Okay. So far so good. Thank you for taking care of my child. I know it’s hard to let their kids go in all alone while you can’t be there with them but they took very good care of him . I went in for an implant so I had to have a tooth extraction and bone graft. His entire crew was so nice to me and made me feel very comfortable. The operation was very painless they give you a little gas then I’ve sedation so you don’t feel a thing, you’re just a little groggy afterwards nothing a good nap can’t fix.
