After moving to Roanoke and trying to find another Optometrist, I'm making the drive back to Blacksburg for myself and my child to see Dr. Diaz. I was a patient of Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Diaz for years and knew that I was getting patient, knowledgeable care with them but didn't understand how special they were until I tried to find a provider closer to my new home. Yeah, it's worth the drive. They and their long time staff are amazing, kind, and just dern good at what they do.
Safety first. Got my glasses for driving. Want to thank Dr. Steve Jacobs, Optometrist, and his staff for outstanding service when I needed new Rx lenses. They worked with me to get my glasses back to me in time for a road trip on very short time frame and would have made temporary ones if necessary.
