I booked an appointment and the office receptionist said over the phone that they accept my insurance. I asked them later on if they are "in network" for my insurance and the receptionist said she wasn't sure. I called my insurance and they said Stephen Warman became out of network several years ago. Dr. Warman's office set me up with Lenox Hill Radiology for a CT scan. Dr. Warman's office was supposed to send over paperwork.. Lenox Hill says the ENT office failed to send the necessary paperwork to Lennox Hill radiology for my CT Scan. The ENT says they did send it. I am stuck in the middle... I am waiting at the radiology clinic now for 3 hours. I rearranged my whole day for this; paid a babysitter, have not gone food shopping, have not started cooking food for the week, have not started cooking dinner, have not started cleaning the house, have not gotten anything done because of the incompetence of this office. I am a working parent. I have work to get done. This is very unprofessional. Update: It has now been 4 hours and nobody cares. Nothing has been done. I am leaving without having my CT Scan. Went to see Dr. Warman on March 7 due to my Sinus Infection. Dr. Warman and the staffs were courteous and professional. But, I was offered this service called ALLERGY PERCUTANEOUS, which I thought needed for my sinus infection. And turns out just another service they offer. And came back again on March 14 for follow up. Received the bill on March 25 , total is $1750.00, that includes the ALLERGY PERCUTANEOUS TEST for $464.00 which I do NOT need. Called Summit Health Billing Department to negotiate if they can at least drop the charges for the service performed that I do NOT need. But no luck. My spouse went there for a visit. Doctor performed tests not covered by insurance $107.50 and sent out a prescription not covered by insurance $$160. Second visit lasted a couple of minutes for which he was seeking more additional tests... funny on the way out she was asked if she wants to come back for another visit. Easy answer NO! If going for a visit pls make sure EVERY “test” is covered by your coverage or you’ll be stuck with the bill. My spouse went there for a visit. Provider left exam room door open long enough for patients outside my exam room to see me, made me feel uncomfortable. Provider also seemed to not care about my condition or to not take me serious and was interrupting while I was explaining myself. The medical assistant further explained that she would be sending rx to my pharmacy without asking which pharmacy I’d like to send it to. When my pharmacy had received the medication, the medical assistant didn’t put it in correctly as the pharmacist was not able to put rx through. I would not return to this provider nor recommend at all. I feel as though I paid my copay without service and the provider processed incessant test just to quiet me and raise my insurance bill. This was my worst medical experience ever.

Dr.Warman is very experienced and explained my condition well with multiple treatment plans

I would never recommend anyone come here. I woke up with sudden hearing loss one morning, got tested there and was told I needed meds for 4 days and 3 surgeries to get it fixed. I went to get a second opinion and they said surgery would NEVER be done for this condition plus the meds warman prescribed were given at an insanely low dose ( basically under treating me so meds at that level would not bring my hearing back). The second opinion doc recommended the same meds warman prescribed but at a much higher level and for 2 weeks vs - few days to get my hearing back. I went with the second opinion and the meds they prescribed at the level they said for the length they said and had my hearing back within a couple of days. Steve warman’s office was gonna under treat me so that I felt surgery was the only option. His office was just looking to cash in on the insurance money from surgeries. Upon further investigation..... I am not the only patient who had a similar experience. Stay away from this office at all costs. Just plain shady. I would never recommend anyone come here. I visited the office as a first time patient recently. The staff was so kind and patient with me, even while making my appointment. When I saw Dr. Warmen, he was able to articulate what was going on with me very clearly. I felt like I finally got the answers to the issues I've been having for years. Dr Warman is extremely rude to his staff, I witnessed it myself. He does not care for his patients at all. He does not wash his hands or even puts hand sanitizer on before examining you. (NOT EVEN AFTER). I asked the front desk about an issue i had with insurance and they kindly brought the manager to me and she was very loud and said she can’t do anything about it to go call my insurance and walked away. Everything was fine and the staff was super nice. Up until now about a little over a month later I got a charge for 3000$ saying I had received surgery there. That never EVER happened. This place is a total scam please never come here!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM

Very unprofessional office, they still sent me a bill even though I paid my copay while being there and after that it straight went to collection. My insurance tried calling them on a conference call and after a small incomplete explanation the girl hung up the conference call. Be careful, while dealing with this office.

Very very bad service. BEST ENT DOCTOR!!!

Dr Warman has been the ent doctor for our family for 3 whole generations! He has never once failed to provide the care we needed, and he's very friendly as well as his office staff

The doctor was able to see me same day and quickly found out my problem, he gave medication and within hours I started feeling better. He even cleaned my earwax as a part of the visit

The doctor is very skilled with his practice and he is knowledgable about his field. He was able to quickly identify any problems that I had within my ears while communicating it to me so I was well aware of what was going on. Highly recommend this doctor!!

Dr. Warman is a very competent Doctor who is well versed in the practice, with his experience almost every visit he's able to identify a problem, if any, and quickly deal with them. His current office is good with fast service from the office workers.

The office was small and nice, very organized and fast paced. I got in the office and almost immediately got seen, there is low wait times and the doctor is very quick. We were able to identify my problems almost immediately.

My husbands first visit..Dr. Greenfield was very good, gave some good follow up appointments. Overall, easy to get an appointment, not a lot of waiting in office. Definitely recommend!

I was seen by Alice Kufs, NP. She is very helpful and knows what she’s doing, I had a tongue ulcer and patches ,she did all kind of the tests including camera to see inside my nose and throat and she took a biopsy of my tongue and the results came with bacteria on my tongue and she’s the only one who figured out about my tongue and gave me the suitable medication. Before I went to her I went to so many doctors and they told me so many different reasons and nothing worked with me. She solved all my problems and was so patient , she really cares about all details. Dr Warmin has been treating me since 1997, when I moved into the levittown area and he has been a godsend, easy to talk to and had terrific bedside manners.Dr Warman always seems to be there in my hour of need with my persistent sinus problems. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

tis doctor is horrible. I went to him to remove earwax, he did a terrible job and I still feel fullness in my ears. I sat in his chair for less than 15 seconds. He does not care about patients. Waste of time.

This post is long but important, please read. This was my first and last visit. The office is VERY small. They blocked off 2 seats in the waiting room to "promote" social distancing rules, however a man came and sat down right next to me (despite common sense and signs saying not to). The receptionists didn't say or do anything about it, so I just moved away. Upon entering the patient room, there was no paper film on the patient seat. All of the tools were laid out, uncovered. I don't know how long they were there for, if they were brand new or if they were in the room when the last patient was in there. The nurse taking down my information and asked if I had any allergies (despite the fact that I had just written it all out on the forms I needed to complete), and I have a lot, so I started rattling them off and she only typed in a few then said it is fine. What was the point of that? These are serious allergies and you're not going to take the time to write them all out? Dr. Warman came in, no gloves on, but his mask was on. DID NOT wash his hands before touching me. Asked me what brought me in, told him and he said he would check me out. Took this suction tool and started sucking in my ears. It did not have a covering on it, but I am not a Dr. and I don't know if it is supposed to or not. The nurse DID take the piece off after he was done, so I certainly hope this was to sterilize it. Then he took a tongue depressor off of the table and used it to check out my tonsils. Mind you, I do not know how long that tongue depressor was sitting there, or how many other patients were in the room possibly coughing or sneezing and it landing on all the uncovered tools on the table. I am disgusted. Then the Dr. left and I was brought into another room with the nurse to get a hearing test. Before starting the test, she had a little plastic box filled with tiny (what looked like) silicone ear pieces. She picks one up with the end of the tool, tries it on my ear, it's either too big or too small, puts it to the side, tries again with another one. She does this 5 times before finding a piece that fits properly in my ear. After sticking it in my ear and testing me for whatever, another nurse comes in and says there is a patient who only speaks Russian so they need her. If the office was organized, they should have known that a patient was coming in who required a nurse with his native language. It is inefficient to have to switch nurses mid-check, and that is how mistakes and oversights can happen. When the new nurse came in, she had to do my actual hearing test. Please note she came in the room already with gloves on and did not sterilize. So she takes these headphones off the wall (that look like they are from 1983) and places them on my head. They are hard and it is not a perfect fit, so there is space between my ears and the headphone pieces (aka sound from outside can make its way in). In addition to that, the door to the room was open, so I could hear everything in the hall way. She did the test. Then, removed the headphones, and put them right back onto the wall! No sterilization, just hung them back up right where she found them. That's gross. Next, she said she needed to do a breathing test. There were 2 pieces to this component: 1 device that plugs into the wall, and an attachment that plugs into the device. She plugged the device into the wall, then she opened up a small plastic box and with her gloved hand removed the piece and attached it to the device. She then started to explain how she was going to do the test, that I will need to open my mouth and blow, etc. I cut her off mid-sentence and asked if the piece was sterilized. She explained that yes, they are sterilized every morning. But, please remember that she came into the room already with gloves on and did not sterilize. She literally used her unsterilized, gloved hand from god knows when to TOUCH the part that is supposed to go in my mouth. All of this is appalli

I went to see this Dr. And I just received a bill in the mail. There were 2 items on the bill that never took place. If you go here be extra careful when going over you bill. If I could give no stars I would because from the moment I arrived to the building up until opening my bill it has been terrible service. Shame on you!

We paid today $150.00 and were in the consult for exactly 3 min. It’s because we didn’t have insurance and the dr said it was too expensive and went outside the room. He was a horrible human being, did not even ask my mother how she felt and what her symptoms were. AVOID

Very Good! He indicated what medications to take to relieve the allergy/sinusitis condition. Dr. Warman saw me quickly, gave advise regarding my allergies and what over the counter medicine to take and relieve symtoms. Thank you Dr. Warman!

I was hearing weird sounds in my ear and was loosing partial hearing. Went to this guy wouldn’t call him a dr and was told everything is normal and he does not have a magic pill to fix it. Got a second opinion from a diff dr and he found the prob. AVOID THIS GUY waste of time and co pay.

As a 1st time patient he checked my ears, nose, throat. I had a breathing test not necessary. speaking in office he explained & showed hearing test that I had much fluid & hearing loss. said he was glad to see I was wearing hearing aid. He examined me-looked at me but didn't notice this was a different patient! He wrote in chart that he cleaned my ears. NO he didn't! I spoke with office mgr explained what happened. I then had to find another dr. as this one incompetent! No results of test!

Best Doctor Ever

Only Doctor to find what was wrong and treat and cure me

I went to see Dr. Stephen Warman a couple of years ago because I had a sore throat for a long time. Within a few minutes he told me he saw something in my throat he didn't like. He immediately set me up with a specialist and after taking a biopsy, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Throat Cancer. After 7 weeks of Radiation and Chemo Therapy, my Cancer went into remission. If it wasn't for Dr. Warman, I would of been dead today. I think he is one of The Best! Thank you for saving my life Dr. Warman!

Been seeing Dr Warman for years. He is an excellent diagnostician. Also very attentive no matter the time to assist . I wish there were more doctors like this. Highly recommend him he sets a standard all doctors should go ny

I filled out my paperwork and was taken in right after for exam and ultra sound on my sinuses. He was very nice and said he will make me feel better soon. Need CT scan on sinuses and go back for results in 2 weeks. Follow up with allergist as well. I would recommend him.

They are charging me for things I did not want to be done. Don’t go there!!! I was there before and they still charged me as a new patient close to $400.00. Took advantage of my insurance that have a deductible. There staff is rude and not healpfull. They originally would not see me, turned me away, made a mistake that I didn’t have insurance, and then called me back when I checked out my policy myself when I complained to my insurance company about this and I did have insurance. I've been going to Dr. Warman off and on for years. He's always friendly with me and his treatments always work. I have bad sinuses and I get tonsillitis often from not having them removed as a child as I was recommended. He still treats my issues very efficiently. I only go to the forest hills office. Very small and often crowded but they are accommodating. I've made many emergency visits and been treated well.

Don't go to his office he is terrible and dangerous and he didn't care if you bleed very bad doctor he don't listen to u he Don even deserve 5 start not even 1 warning danger

Dr. Warman treated my elderly mother, who came with a nose bleed, immediately and with compassion. His staff (in the Forest Hills office) were accommodating and gracious when I set up this emergency appointment, and also when we arrived at the office. I was so thankful to everyone!!

Do not see this doctor. He started cleaning the small minuscule amount of wax in my ears and ended up stabbing me in my left ear. Then he left the room while I began to bleed significantly. I went and told him and his reply "yeah it'll bleed", no apology or attempt to get me cotton or something to stop the bleeding. I had to walk out. It bled for the next 30 min. This has never happened in al my years going to ear doctors.

A nice facility and friendly staff. I've been seen by doctor Warman before and he is excellent. If you're looking for good ENT specialist look no further.

I wish I knew about this doctor before I entered into his office. First of all, It's true that he doesn't talk much. I had my first minor procedure done today and he didn't even tell me the post care instructions or next follow-up visit! He's rude and unprofessional as well as his negative, rude, and miserable assistant who didn't seem enthusiastic to be there! I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this office. Lesson learned: Do your homework!

Used his services and he barely communicated with me. The office was not disinfected in the middle of winter flu season as some offices follow an aseptic environment in compliance with the rules.

Went to Drs offices in Flushing and Levittown several times then wanted copies of my records to view the results. They dont give me the records. This is not fair means to treat patient. Not happy with them. Had sinus problem minor issue made me wait over an hour and half for no good treatment. Why I cant get copies? I have right to them. Maybe they dont keep good records I want to see if other patient has same problem.
