Dr. Stephen R. Vijan

Went in with a sensitive issue. After waiting an hour, he did not listen to the problem, did not do any testing or physical exam and basically told us we needed to just live with it. When I made the appt, I was very clear about the issue and the office recommend him as who I should see. If he doesn't want to treat this issue, why take the appt? He said he could recommend and help us set up an appt with another doctor for a second opinion, however we haven't heard from him or his office. I have never left a medical appointment so confused, disappointed and angry!

Big ego and no empathy.

Do not see this physician if you are female. My provider referred me to this office, and I was scheduled with Dr. Vijan (although I preferred to see a female physician or one who specializes in female genitourinary care, there wasn't availability anytime soon and I was in significant pain and couldn't wait months for an appt). It was a very poor experience, where my concerns were invalidated about my condition and symptoms were dismissed. He met with me for a total of 5 minutes (maybe) and walked me out of the exam room himself after dismissing my concerns. The office and nursing staff were great, but now I'm now having to seek a different office with more providers that specialize in women's genitourinary care.

Completely missed my medical condition. No empathy at all. Avoid this man, especially if you are a female patient.

From the initial visit through my final follow up, everyone in doctor Vijan's office was very nice and helpful. Dr. Vijan has as they say, the best bedside manner possible. He was informative about my procedure and outcome. The Green Light Surgery was a total success at relieving my serious prostate issues.

My appointment with Dr. Vijan was highly unsatisfactory. He was recommended by my Internist; he spent a maximum of ten minutes with me. He rolled his eyes as I began telling him about my problem, and as I continued to expound, he stood up and said that he had no more time, and left! Very rude, unfriendly, uncaring doctor. His nurse kindly finished up the appointment with instructions.

Missed my diagnosis. Said he couldn't help me with a smile on his face. Terrible experience. Avoid this man.

He is a quack & prescribes drugs outside his field of practice.. if you go to him, plan on ng eing sick from the drugs he prescribes even add fter telling him the class of drugs you are allergic to. I went to him &he did that to me. I know what I am talkng about because I am a registered pharmacist! I will never go back to him!
