Stephen Paul Del Rosario Tinio

Called office to get my prescription refilled. Did not get a return call for four days. Tinio refused to have my prescription refilled even tho I told him how wonderful the medicine worked. I was out of town so he refused to do a health call on my cell phone. I am left coughing next to my ninty year old mom. Terrible service

After relocating from N.Y. to Oceanside I chose Dr. Tinio as my primary care physician. I have been so pleased with the care I've received. Dr. Tinio is patient, caring and listens carefully. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician. Thank you.

I have been with Dr. Tinio for 2+years. Every time I have to book a visit with him he always handles the issue with professionalism and kindness. His knowledge and insight is above par and he is an excellent listener. I would recommend him to anyone and have done so many times to my friends and family. I am a north County San Diego surfer, I have had injuries aches and pains for the sport along with just getting older Dr. Tinio is always there to resolve whatever issue arises. I know he is 100% supportive of a good diet and exercise.

I have presented to Dr. Tinio on two separate occasions, and found him not only professional, knowledgeable and thorough, but he is also very attentive, detailed and genuinely concerned with the overall picture of his patient's health. I highly recommend him.

I would have to say that Dr. Tinio has been very good to my mother and goes over and above to try and help her. Maribel his assistant, is amazing. They are so fast and responsive. I agree with the other comments, so far he appears to always be on time. He truly cares about my mothers wellbeing. He is kind and so is his assistant. Dr. Tinio and Maribel have been amazingly good to me and my mother. They truly care and are prompt and get the job done. He truly goes over and above to help his patients get their needs met.

Dr..Tinio don't let his patient wait a long time to see him. He care about his patient. He will go a extra mile to help you. His nurse will give here extra strength to help you also. I've been seeing Dr Tinio for over 3 years.... He's personable and friendly. He has always taken the time needed to discuss my health issues.. He sent me to specialists when needed and he has always explained and addressed my concerns.. I highly recommend him .
