Dr. Schloss performed my TURP surgery 8 years ago and it cured my severe BPH issues. He has always been available to answer my questions and communicates well.

Dr. Schloss is outstanding. All questions answered, excellent work, I could not be more pleased, based on some complex health situations.

Dr. Schloss is an outstanding health care professional--extremely knowledgeable and caring. Answered all my questions without time pressure.

Outstanding doctor. Explains everything, works hard to make time for patients. Has done great with my complex procedures.

I went to this a Doctor for years had many procedures with cystitis of of the Bladder. Constant UTI’S I moved to Florida twice and bothered times went to a urologist one Dr. gave me a Medication that when I moved back to Massachusetts he had no idea what it was. The pain went on I moved back to FL in 2019 was in severe pain Emergency room visits and so on finally went to my Primary did a OB exam and then went to a Urologist specialist wow what they found was a amazing 3 different types of infections after being in pain for over 10 years the Doctors to be better down here in solving your UTI problems WoW

This is the most poorly run medical practice I have ever experienced. The office was in utter chaos, not to mention the smell. It was understaffed, and the staff that was there was incompetent and unfriendly. I waited over an hour and a half for a procedure that I was already nervous about, which is ridiculous and cruel. Dr, Schloss seems competent, but i need to feel comfortable and confident in the entire practice. I will be looking for a new urologist.

That office is the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. It goes back years and in recent ones it is only marginally better. I like Drs Schloss and Devon but they have not constructed, trained, educated and efficient office. Today I called for a medical issue and was put on hold at 3:45. I waited on hold till just after 4:00 when i called back and got the answering service. ON HOLD for 15 minutes BEFORE closing and never spoken to. Sorry for the news!

The most poorly run office I have encountered. The office staff was talking amongst themselves about non work related things. They mixed me up with another patient and then told me that Dr. Schloss had left and that I was going to see Dr. Devon. The bathroom was dirty and the thermometer was broken. Dr. Devon seemed to be competant and was nice. I was told to mail my MRI and then after not hearing from them for weeks. When I called, I was told that it could be anywhere in the hospital.
