Dr. Schell has been a wonderful profession doctor in caring for my trach issue. He is upfront and honest with his professional opinions. He is very prompt with his appointments. I've had 6 or 7 visits and have never waited more than 15 minutes.

Dr. Schell has and is treating me for a problem with my nose. He is on time for his appointments, he is very professional, competent and I have the upmost confidence in his abilities.

Worst experience with a doctor I've ever experienced. Waited 1.5 hrs. He spent 10 minutes with me. Explained nothing. He greeted me with "Oh great, a new patient. There goes lunch". Never introduced himself, didn't ask what happened regarding my injury. He needs to take some classes on how to treat and deal with people with courtesy, compassion and respect. Would not recommend him and will not be back.
