I have been seeing Dr. Sakovich since my daughter was born back in 1998. My daughter now sees him as well. He is the most caring, compassionate doctor I have ever met and will truly go above and beyond to answer questions and make you feel at ease. I have recommended him to all of my friends that now see him as well and they are just as happy with him as we are. Dr. Peter Sakovich is amazing. He is very professional and always straight forward with diagnosis after pregnancies and amazing during pregnancies on past as my children are grown up now. I highly recommend Dr. Sakovich! I’ve delivered both babies with him and each experience has been above and beyond! I am now expecting again and excited for this delivery! He is very thorough, kind, and does everything he can to respect what you want and to ensure safety of you and baby!

I’ve been coming here since 2014, for all 3 of my pregnancies. Dr. Patel was my first and for the last 2 ive seen Dr. Peter Sakovich. Both are absolutely amazing, and attentive. Ladies at the front desk, medical assistants, and sonogram ladies are always warm and welcoming. I love it here

I’m always pleased with the welcoming manner of the entire staff as well as Dr Sakovich. He takes the time to explain the upcoming procedures as well as updating me on my progress. I highly recommend his practice. My feeling of confidence is always reinforced.

I been coming to MacArthur OBGYN for years. I will say I trust my doctor because I went through some challanges throughout the years. I may not agree on some actions taken, or how lightly an issue is addressed. However, I trust this office because it has made some definite changes.

Dr. Sak has been my doctor for over 20 years. Yes, their office is busy, but that should also give you a clue as to the number of patients that love Dr Sakovich. He is a caring doctor that provides the best care .. personalized care for his patients. If you have an issue .. talk it out. Don’t vent bad reviews that benefit no one.

I've been seeing Dr. Sakovich for decades now, and I'm still extraordinarily pleased with him as my provider and caregiver. He is integral to keeping me healthy and plays a vital role in my care team. Truly the best there is!!!!

I am pregnant with my third child and I went to Dr.Sakovich because another Dr. Who is no longer with MacArthur obgyn delivered my 2nd child 10 years ago and I was happy with her service . Why did I do that?! Here’s what happened.. October 13 I found out I was pregnant , so I scheduled my first appointment with his office . I could have only been about 2 1/2-3 weeks pregnant at this time because I knew I had conceived around 9/27/21. Immediately upon me checking in, they send me to the sonogram office to get a sono done, no pregnancy test or anything to confirm that I am actually pregnant. During that first sono they are not able to locate the baby (cause I’m too early ) directly after the sono I go to Dr. Sakoviches office where he comes in talks to me for a few minutes , finally tests my urine for pregnancy (it came back positive, and tells me about my needing to take an HCG test in a few days to confirm that my pregnancy is developing as it should . From that first visit he has me take 4 more HCG blood tests and 4 more sonograms in a matter of 2 1/2 weeks to confirm the pregnancy. We’ll finally on the last sonogram I was far enough along and they were able to detect my babies heartbeat that was October 28th . Well here we are almost 3 weeks later and I have yet to hear back from his office in regards to a follow up appointment. Not to mention all those sonograms were not covered under my insurance so they resulted in over $500 out of my own pocket( this should of been disclosed prior to the procedures) furthermore I recently received a letter from his office a prebill for the delivery of my baby in the amount of $3100. But I have heard absolutely nothing from his office in regards to a follow up appointment , I don’t even know my due date because it was never disclosed. I am very disappointed with the service provided and I will be finding another Dr. Continue my care with and to deliver my baby. This office clearly only wants to rack up the charges without regard to the patients actual care. I do not recommend coming here for your pregnancy care AT ALL.

As a new patient, I am very disappointed in the follow up and lack of direction I received after my first visit. I started a new medication and was not informed there would have to be lab work AND an office visit before my prescription was refilled. Dr. Sakovich poor services, he almost killed me!

I meant to make this review a long time ago but I have time today. I was seen by Dr. Sakovich for my annual exams, birth control, and pregnancy. Everything seemed great office staff was friendly clean rooms ect. During my pregnancy there was certain procedures the doctor would recommend that I would say to myself “well is that even safe to do due to I have a baby inside of me, can this not wait till after birth” idk if he just wanted to get money out of the insurance. July 29th comes I had to have my baby a week earlier then expected because that’s what Dr. Sak recommended when I arrived at the hospital the nurses told me I could have waited for the full 40 weeks due I had not dialated at all nor has my water broke. None the less I had a healthy son when it was time for my post partum check up I was told he wanted to do yet ANOTHER Pap smear I was so confused and declined it due to I was on my menstrual and would like to come back for that. His assistant Priscilla had told him what I said and I over heard him say to her “she doesn’t make the rules around here” it was sooo awkward when he finally walked in I could tell he was upset said a couple words and walked right out. Office visit was a total of 5 minutes and made you wait waaaay longer. After that I never came back went back to my old gynecologist. Hopefully this helps some of you. Simply the best doctor I have had in 50+ years. Friendly, great bedside manner, very gentle. He always tells you what to expect and will answer any question you have. I wish I had discovered him years ago.

My Dr. Is very knowledgeable...I have being his patient for over 12 years. I do not have a complaint about my Dr. Sakovich.

Dr. Sakovich has been my doctor for years. He delivered my child and is now helping me with Hormone Replacement Therapy. He also helped me by doing an o lagoon which helped me for years by keeping me from having a cycle. He is a wonderful doctor!

He is rude, impatient and condescending. Unfortunately I wasted close to a year and over $1,000 in one-size-fits-all prescriptions from Dr Sakovich that from what I can tell did me little to no good. When I asked him to re-check my results and dosages he told me "I can't fix your life." A new doctor I went to less than a week ago has me on 3 new prescriptions and I'm already feeling better. If you’re menopausal, please think about finding a different provider.

Horrible, horrible, and horrible again. Several red flags during my wife’s pregnancy that we brushed off as minor. The final straw was when they could not get the pain prescription to the pharmacy for over 24 hours after an operation on a new mother. I couldn’t get the prescription until I drove down and sat in their office despite calling every 2 hours and talking to every staff member they have. Another doctor who is well respected also deemed the operation totally unnecessary. When you call this office you can NEVER talk to a doctor and usually you can’t even get a nurse. The staff from their network of offices then answer the calls as they come in and you likely are talking to someone who isn’t even at your office and has no clue how to help you. The worst part was I felt the office was numb to our issue and no one would help until I sat in the office until someone saw me. Horrible, horrible, and horrible again. Would NOT recommend this place . The staff/ receptionist are very nice and welcoming but I do not recommend having Mr.Sakovich or Mrs.Sakovich ! According to him I was not taking my pregnancy serious (I have gestational diabetes, blood sugar was never higher then 125) and that my baby would die at my delivery all for not having my dialogue diary exactly how they wanted it! I currently see dr Sakovich for my high risk pregnancy. I lost my last baby at 20 weeks, just went into preterm labor. When i found dr sak he told me from day one, he would get me a baby this time and he’s taken every precaution he can to make sure my baby stays in full term this time. Bed side manners are incredible! He greets me with a hug and a smile every single appointment and I’m not sure if he knows how much that means. I've been going to Mac OBGYN since 2015, and love everyone I've had! The staff is so nice and organized, never have to wait for anything, and help me keep up my info before coming in. My main doctor is Dr. Gray and she has always been amazing, I was so happy she was the attending when I delivered my son. After the birth of my first son, I had to see Dr. ONeil for a surgery and everything with him went perfect! I now have been seeing midwife Clare, and can only say great things about her!
